Just the extra space I needed for ice cream ; the shelves are perfect for ice cream containers, which my other freezer is not. Perfect extra freezer space for other things too.

I would have preferred it to be frost free, but the cost out weighted the convenience of defrosting the small freezer. The outside is stainless and very attractive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I placed an order for one thing. Went to verify delivery time - now, it was a different item. Tried to stop order, and make it corect order to item I had ordered. Was on phone about 2 hours. No luck stopping it. Could have returned it - if I had transportation to a store to do so - BUT that is why I order online - as I do not have transport. The item which did come, has two dents on it. One on the back left wall of the unit, and one on the door on left side near the top. It appears to work, BUT makes a 'pop' sound, and sometimes something like a chime tone when it turns itself on. Most weird.

Took forever to set up because it's completely covered with a thin plastic film that is literally stuck to the entire case. It took over an hour to peel it all off and right now I hate this thing. It shouldn't be this hard to get something working and plugged in. Film over all finished surfaces and some won't come off around the screws. I'll just hope it works as a freezer. I wish it had a basket for the bottom so things don't just fall out.

Received February 16, 2026- stopped working March 7, 2026. Luckily it wasn't filled so I only lost about $100 worth of groceries- do not recommend purchasing

I had it plugged in for 36 hrs on number 2 setting and it has yet to even be room temp. trying to return.
