Tasty cereal. I buy Rise and Shine especially since has no added sugar and is lower in carbohydrates than your other cereals.

I love the strawberries and banana nuts. It has just the right amount of nuts and other stuff. Each mouthful is a delight!! And it's only 9 carbs.

The Rise an Shine Mix seems to be changed. It is still good but not as good to my taste as the original mixture.

I have yet to find a clean ingredient granola that I enjoy. But both of these are hands down the BEST.

I love this granola. Add it to yoguert, cottage cheese, milk, or plain. Delish. If there was a way to add more protein to it, I would like it more.
