It is the very best nut granola anywhere! I love all of the ingredients: almonds, coconut, sunflower seeds, dates, pecans etc. etc. I especially love it on yogurt and so do my grandchildren!

I finally found and all natural, low carb, no sugar added neither artificial sweeteners., awesomely good cereal.You made my day. Perfect for my taste. The right touch of fruity sweetness. SIMPLY THE BEST.

Seven Sundays Rise and Shine is my favorite cereal. I’m trying to eat healthier & it fills the requirements with no chemicals or artificial ingredients

I love this cereal! I put it on yogurt, oatmeal, other cereal and sometimes eat a small bowl with almond milk. I keep extra bags in the freezer so I never run out of this yummy cereal.

I really like the combination of seeds grain and a bit of dried fruit in the variety brands. I can eat them with milk or just grab a handful for some instant energy.

I put this on top of my steel cut oats every morning and it makes a wonderful combination with a little yoghurt. Love the crunch and it is better than brown sugar or syrup as a sweetener.

I eat low carb and try to eat as clean as possible. I have heard good things about Seven Sundays but never tried it before. I am so glad I did. I love it and don't feel like I am missing out on cereal.

My Rise and Shine Nut Granola tastes great whether eating it by the handful or putting it on top of your favorite yogurt or ice cream. There are so many healthy ‘goodies’ in the mix. I eat it daily!!

This is the best muesli! I really look forward to enjoying this each morning. I have literally eaten this (with added blueberries or raspberries) every morning for the past 6 months.
