Good for keto, kind of bland. Add a little sweetener of your choice and some cinnamon and you’re good to go.

I ate a bowl and got a blockage. It’s all seeds and nuts. It’s delicious but beware of fiber content.

Very delicious; had to order and hoping it becomes available in my local club. Mostly used as topping on yogurt, etc… Downside, much too expensive.
