Hi Elliott - some items to check. Is there adequate clearance around the unit (2 inches top/side/rear)? Is there a buildup of frost inside the freezer compartment? Have you set the temperature control to a colder setting? Is the unit located in an extremely hot environment e.g. an uninsulated garage or sunroom? Make certain you are not powering the unit via a light duty extension cord. Check the door seal to make certain that the door is closing properly.
