[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of these because i love the samsung galaxy..however one of them wont let me past the set up stage i was told its a mechanical failure it was bought to be my non profit business phone...it might as well be a door stop...the other im using to write this sometimes ill pick it up and it will make a crackling sound and the screen starts flipping out and changing with every crackle.i havent even had these for two full months..with that being said i love the samsung products , and i love the way it allows me to personalize them to be as unique as i am.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My phone is the greatest, I do not have a problem with RAM. All my apps fit just fine, and there is still more room. I've dropped it a few times before I got the case for the phone. The battery lasts two days. I can even listen to music all night long and still have plenty of battery for the rest of the day. My reception for calls is good. It jumps from 4G to 5G constantly, so you don't loose your internet. Gaming, the graphics are like you are there personally. The keyboard, it's like I'm sitting in front of a computer keyboard. I do get some hang ups in games, but I find out later it was due to there fault instead of Samsung. The clarity for music is great. I've noticed this phone will tell you how many emails you've gotten, how many ads from chrome and how many hits you've had on Facebook by putting a number by the circle of your app on the screen. I think that is cool. If I were you I would get a Samsung phone, I want the new one with Ai intelligence.!!!!

Where I tested my screen and sensors and got a 24/24. The phone is great and I'm happy to still have my 3 buttons on the screen! Loved the company for years now because you guys make good QUALITY phones.
