I am not that technology intelligent unfortunately and this device was very easy to understand the ins and outs and extremely easy to use. I love the diagnostic checks so that I can see for myself exactly how each component of the device is operating and the overall health of my phone. I tend to download a very large amount of applications and this phone is handling that without so much of a hiccup. Which makes me a very happy person. Thanks Samsung!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone does everything that a phone should do reliably, given that you take care of the device. It runs all day without charging, it's inputs are smooth, making it a mostly lag free experience. The biggest drawback is the change in how the apps use the interface, creating confusion for some users. With this device, there are times where the apps could benefit from a simple back button on screen, preventing the user from needing to exit the app to undo unwanted changes. For example, when a person accidently selects a contact, they are then stuck in the "select contacts" function and there are no obvious ways to exit without closing the app entirely. This selection of the contact can be done accidentally, but is not easily undone for say an older user. This lack of simplicity continues throughout the "settings" area of the phone, as there are many semi complex tabs within tabs there. Although there is probably some change to the user interface that makes these functions more intuitive for some, it is the biggest drawback noticed for a light user of the phone. Besides this, the phone is light, the screen is bright and this is well built device at this price point.

I have Netflix so I can stream my shows or watch a movie with no issues! If I have any type of complaint it would be the volume when listening to music or while watching videos. I'd like to be able to make it a little louder.
