[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my A14 for all the basic cell phone uses. I enjoy the extra settings in the messaging app and the call/phone apps. I use social media regularly and enjoy watching YouTube as well as other streaming sites. I enjoy playing games and love being able to change the theme as often as I like. The A14 has an excellent sharp, vibrant picture and top quality sound. Which is another reason I love my A14. It allows me to listen to my favorite music everywhere without having to worry about forgetting to bring a Bluetooth speaker. The sound is amazing from the phones built in speakers. But is even better from a good set of headphones. It creates a smooth listening experience no matter what source you choose to listen to the sound on. With excellent quality photos, videos, and sound it would be extremely hard to beat the A14 and its lower cost for people who need a good device. One that's affordable, as well as having top notch cell phone technology.

The software makes it nice and easy to personalize my phone and makes it very simple to use this phone. The hardware is able to handle games that ive been wanting to play and try that i havent been able to on my previous phone. Overall ive had an amazing experience with this phone.

Honestly, the only complaint I would have is that I could not find it with more built-in memory because sometimes it gets a little overwhelmed running my apps and a I've gotta clear out stuff, but I guess that's to be expected from a generic phone plans version. The battery last very long even when i am active alot on my phone. I also enjoy the speed of the operating system. It loads instamtly with no delay. The camera is awesome and the features are too. My entire household have samsung galaxy phones.

If I regular go on the internet and lookup certain things. My phone is my lifeline to the outside world. I have like 10 windows opened, looking for a single thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The A14 is not one of the better galaxy phones. It does an Ok job streaming video but It has problems keeping up with gaming. I often get blurred screen or occasional freezing while gaming. The camera has also been a let down taking just Ok pictures at best. Finally the big 5000 mpa battery has been terrible as well especially for me as I do a lot of gaming and pictures, the worst Part about the battery is how long it takes to get a full charge. So overall pretty disappointed especially having used and comparing to other Samsung phones I've used and enjoyed so much.
