[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My phone has been good but the glitches cause my phone to freeze during text messages, type random stuff in your messages, and it either has to be restarted or press side button off and press back on and enter your password. It's annoying at times only had since feb/match of 2023. Everything is up to date.

A14 has the power to keep up with data and processing power to keep movies & games from buffering and lagging during the intense game sessions and action packed movies and can dual screen or PIP 2 windows at once and not bog down. With the ram boost you can be confident you have the memory to do it without crashing. The camera is packed with alot of features to insure that you get the perfect shot and 54mp to boost you don't miss a moment. I wish all phones can use the stylist only thing missing. It has nfc for Samsung pay/Google pay making buying things a ease. A14 has everything you want and need minus video editing and capture options. Does simple video capture well. This phone is perfect for teens and young adults outside of work which a Galaxy model is suited for. Screen res is nice and battery life could be better but it has lighting charge abilities which is a plus not the 20w or higher but a hour to fully charge and your back in action.

I am able to work online utilizing our documentation app while using all the entertainment aspects of the phone. This includes but not limited to social media, streaming apps for music, TV, movies. The camera quality is great, even while bouncing around in my work vehicle. The best part for me is the price point, it allows me ability to work and play with out taking a huge bite out of my budget.

There's been very few times I couldn't do what I needed to do unlike other phones. On some websites where there are boxes to check it wouldn't let me select them. Everything else has been amazing from watching videos on YouTube to movies on Netflix. Even playing games is good on this phone and there's very minimal lag. From wifi connectivity to data service it all runs smooth and I hardly ever have connection issues. When it comes to the camera it could be clearer but it has a far zoom and picks up what it needs too. This phone all around deserves 4 stars for the price of the phone it runs great compared to other phone company's.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone has a poor memory only 64 gb. When using anything that involves the microphone expect it to shut off numerous times. The phone freezes and locks up often. A Soft reset is often needed to unfreeze it. The only plus to this phone is it does have good cameras. I would not buy it again & I would not recommend anybody to buy it. For a new phone of 3 months that's in good shape it does not have a trade in value.

And then the mem dump to reboot and play on until the next episode which is usually once a charge. I believe thar everything I do on this device is forwarded onto a super computer somewhere .. making the phone lag.
