Great generator. I've used it twice so far when I lost power to run a sump pump and 2 x refrigerators. It's loud though am unaware of any quiet generators at this price point using gas. Used gas as fuel both times and it is nice to have to propane option if needed.

Shipping container was somewhat damaged but the only damage to the generator was that the battery bracket was slightly bent. I had to charge the battery before I could start it but after that it started right up on both gasoline and propane. Initial assembly was easy. I have not yet had reason to run it for any extended period of time.

This an excellent generator, especially with the electric and remote start. Duel Fuel was a priority for me and this fit the bill nicely. The only reason I didn't give it five starts is that under heavy load it gets louder that I expected, under light loads the noise level is fine.
