We needed to have some sort of power source after last year's freeze, so we debated for months and finally chose this one. We haven't put it fully to the test yet as we haven't had to, but it definitely runs and is relatively compact. I love that it runs on either gas or propane, cause we all know how the gas stations get during emergencies!

Haven't used it yet, but they insisted on review for warranty registration. Pretty straighforward assembly out of the box and everything's included. Diffcult getting oil into the engine the way the filler is positioned; I had to turn the unit on it's side to do so, not really good practice. Let it sit for a half hour to make sure all the oil settled into the sump and out of the areas it's not supposed to be in. Connected it to propane and it started right up after the 3rd try. walked around the corner from the garage, approximately 25', and the remote started the unit up fine. Will take up to camp and hook up to the cabin system; will provide follow up report after a month's use.

I purchased my new WGen3600DFc a month ago and I'm impressed with the many features it has for the price. The dual fuel, electric start and remote start makes it very convenient when placing in service. After comparing the WGen3600DFc against its competitors it was a no brainer, more bang for the buck.

i bought this 2 weeks ago was delivered fast by Westinghouse arrived no damage and everything in the box easy to assemble have used twice now just to make sure it works as hurricane season is upon us here in southeast Texas works and all at a great price point great on gas and propane used it while putting up some new fencing

I bought this generator and used it about every four months for a year. It worked great until one day I tried to start it as part of my monthly crank run charge routine. The generator would not try to crank at first I thought it was a dead battery but upon an overnight charge still nothing. The unit will now run on propane only and the remote start nor push button start will work only recoil on propane will work.

Bought this for power outages due to hurricanes. My Mom needs it to power her oxygen machines. Love that it has the option for two different fuel sources and will automatically switch from one to the other. The remote start is great as well. She can simply start it and pull the cord through the window and plug her oxygen concentrator back in. Love the reliability of the Westinghouse brand name too. There were other generators that were cheaper, but I'm not putting my Mom's life in the hands of some no name brand to save a few bucks!

We bought this generator Aug 30, because of illness , we have used it yet. We plan on starting it up this weekend. It arrived a few days earlier than expected. We like the fact that you can use propane or gas. Few years ago, we had one that used only gas. During the hurricane, we had a hard time finding gas.

I am surprised by this generator. The box arrived intact with no damage. All parts were included and easy to assemble. Everything I needed to assemble was included. The instructions are clearly written and easy to follow. Started up immediately using propane. Actually exceeded my expectations!

AT my age pulling the recoil start is becoming a challenge. When a power outage hits I need the backup from this generator to run an oxygen machine .Love this electric start and it worked fabulously on the initial usage. Also the wheel kit that comes standard makes it easy to roll outside when I need the backup power. In addition this is the first generator I have purchased that comes with not only a tool kit but the motor oil needed to set up. Very happy with this purchase . Looking forward to many years of service

Just what I needed and more, needed to start it with a load remotely and it starts with no load , then connects the outputs about 10 seconds after it starts. I did not see that in the literature before purchasing, you should add that feature, its smart and needed for remote start applications
