Great value for the price, versatile features and built like a tank. I filled the tank (with stabilized fuel), added oil, opened the fuel valve and it started up in an instant. All outputs tested good. Ready for the next Snownado.

Less than three weeks old. First time I needed it, it started, then immediately stalled and wouldn't start with either gas or propane. Frustrating to sit through a storm without power with a large paperweight in my garage.

This little generator appears to be great. I have had only one issue after starting it on propane three times. I got a CO alarm after the unit had been sitting for a week. That cleared itself, but then the unit would not start and run but battery checked OK. It also did not show the battery indicator with turned on. I checked everything in the manual, and finally decided the fuel selector wasn't moved far enough in the "propane" setting. There is a switch on the selector that disables everything if it isn't closed. Once I made sure that switch was closed, the generator started.

I was actually very surprised, the quality of this generator exceeded my expectations. Right out the box that came with everything needed, including a funnel to add the oil which they provided. All I added was gas and was up and running in minutes. Runs my AC IN MY 36 ft travel trailer just fine, after 4 days of no electricity it's a win.

We just purchased this generator and it's totally dead. We are in the process of getting our issue fixed. It does have some good features but until we can get it started we can't recommend. I hope it is a speedy process because we have a 1500 mile trip in a couple of weeks and will most definitely a generator.

I bought this a year ago and from the first time we used it, it was hard to start but we didn't think anything of it only that perhaps that because it was new it needed to be used and that's why it was hard. I also have a champion so we would generally use that generator. Well now through hurricane Beryl we needed to turn both on since we were out of electricity longer and for being the third time this generator took more than an hour to start. We tried everything from checking the oil, changing propane tanks, checking the spark plug and all and finally got it started after a little over an hour .

I like the dual fuel options. It was difficult to start out of the box. Left it on charger overnight thinking battery was dead. The Start button never lit up and I had to pull start. It took quite a while but got it to start on propane and seamlessly transitioned to gas. After a few minutes the start button lit up but would not shut unit down nor restart once manually shut down. Tested battery, putting out 12.36V. Must be some issue with batter connection or internal wiring. I've been waiting almost a week (granted over Christmas holiday) for support to call back. At least the guy taking the support ticket was really nice. There's that!

This generator ran two refrigerators with freezers, one small portable a/c unit, three small fans, two lamps, one TV, a wifi, and kept our phones, and tablets charged when we lost power during Beryl. Easy to start when using gasoline. A bit of a challenge when on propane. I like using the propane better though. John -- Matagorda TX

Generally a good unit with some small setup issues. One annoying one that corrected itself was the uneven, wobbly stance when I first added pads and wheels. This did correct itself as the pads adjusted to the weight. Another issue still being decided is that it will not start on propane. Since I intended to use this as an almost automatic power source for a building with no electricity, this is more of an issue. Otherwise, the unit appears to be operating as it should. The remote start (on gasoline) is awesome!
