If its missing a few drops of oil, be prepared that it wont start. you can try hard and sonetimes even after you fill it takes to long to turn on, we have only used it with propane had it for 4 months and used it 2 times after an hour of trying to start it, but once on it lasted 11 hours on 1 tank.

TOO HEAVY FOR RV HOW COME THE OIL DIP STICK IS CHEAP PLASTIC? THEY MAKE METAL DIP STICKS WITH A MAGNET. HOW COME THERE WERE NO WHEELS? IT SHOWS WHEELS AND A CARRYING STEERING ROD. HOW COME SO LITTLE OIL? YOU HAVE TO RUN THIS FOR AN HOUR THEN DUMP THE OIL? HOW COM THEY DON'T GIVE MORE OIL? HAVE TO GO OUT AND FIND OIL THAT MATCHES AFTER THE INITIAL ? WHY? HOW COME NO FOB TO TURN ON AND OFF AT THIS PRICE? OVER PRICED . I COULD HAVE SAVED $50 TO $100 ELSEWHERE FOR SAME.

works fine on propane havent tried gasoline yet but feel confident it will do a great job

i ordered Westinghouse brand cause ive known it forever. sadly disappointed this time. ive only had it 2 weeks and it sprung a gas leak. now have to wait for it to get handled. not a happy camper.

Westinghouse is a sham. They do not back their products; they hoodwink the buyer into thinking that they will fix the problem. I'm still waiting on my replacement generator. They say they will fix it, and you don't hear from them again. Never again will I buy a Westinghouse product.
