The dipstick was cross threaded upon arrival. One quick phone call cleared that up. And I've been through enough power outages following hurricanes to appreciate the ease of this model's pushbutton starting!

I just bought this unit and would say it was pretty easy to set up and test with both fuels. The quick start guide misses a couple of key startup steps so recommend you use the user manual to assemble and do initial tests.

The generator was well packaged. The directions for operation were straight forward. I tried it out on propane and it started right away powering a space heater and some lights.

Well built and strong. Came ready to go with everything you need from wheels to propane adapter. No need to worry about buying extra parts. Remote is great as I can leave it on my patio and start it from inside the house during outages/hurricanes.

The generator is easy to move and very easy to operate. Dual fuel capability affords piece of mind about having an adequite fuel supply for several hours of operation.

Would start on gas but not propane. Service was very responsive to help, sent new parts, I installed new parts, problem still the same. Waiting for direction from parts/service.

Good solid generator...yet easy to move around with sturdy wheels and fold-away handle. Easy starting with "push button start" and conveniently runs on BOTH gasoline and propane. Acceptable noise level.

This generator is easy to use. The dual fuel option sold me on this product. I will run it mostly on gas, but will always have a couple tanks of propane handy.

This is a great generator at a very economical price. It has great features, plenty of wattage and the gasoline or propane option is nice to have. Glad I bought the unit. It is very nice.

My wife bought this for me for Father's day gift. It was just what we needed to power our cab over camper. Easy to assemble and has everything you need to start it up. Ran great with little noise.
