Looking forward to using this Generator on our property OFF the GRID. It's not our 1st generator but with the dual fuel and Remote Starter (my Husband's favorite feature) we are GOOD 2 GO!!!

First time generator owner and everything was easy to set up. I read the manual through once and then proceeded to follow the set up instructions and on our first try it started right up. Really high quality feel, overall impressed and satisfied.

I just finished testing the unit on gas and propane. Starting was smooth. Only criticism is the remote needs to be able to start the unit from farther than 30 feet!

Cold front/ice storm expected. I wanted a back up in case power went out again like in 2021. I followed the instructions for start up.. Fired right up. Works as advertised.

Finally, after receiving 7 damaged generators being shipped to my home, Jeremy in customer support was able to clean up the mess left by a previous employee and managed to send an undamaged generator

This unit came highly recommended by my brother who is an HVAC professional and works on motors all day. He is a meticulous researcher and told me this was a unit I would be happy with.

I bought this a month ago, have yet to “need” it, but has fired up quickly every time I've tried it. Both gas and propane functions transition quickly.

Tried it out and it started right up in all modes...manual, electric, and remote with both gas and Propane. Not nearly as loud as I expected it would be, which is nice.

Very happy with this generator. Started up right out of the box. Only had to attach wheels, plug battery wire together and put oil in (comes with oil). No problems setting it up or starting. I bought it because of the propane and gas features.
