very efficient and quieter than i expected. I have only used it with propane and have no complaints.

The box was shipped to us all broken and torn. the Genarator was bent up and the oil leaked out into the box.

I like the easy-to-follow instructions and the tool kit that came with it. As soon as I filled the gas tank and oil reservoir (with the quart of oil & funnel that was included), it started right up. Thank you

I bought this generator last month for emergency backup electricity. The dual fuel option and safety features make it a safe and easy to operate generator.

We had a huge generator with pull start. As we got older, we were less able to pull the starter cord. This one has the electric start and is much easier. The old one was really too big for our needs...this one is just right. So glad we bought it.

Man you cant go wrong with a dual generator. it can be used with gas or propane is the game changer for me. I never been excited for hurricane season lol. I think me and my family are covered this year.

Replaced an older model with this one since i wanted the dual fuel capability, very happy with this little generator and was amazed how far away the remote start worked. Very fuel efficient for a traditional style open frame generator aswell

Haven't cranked it up yet, but I can tell it's a solid build, with no cheap components. It's on the heavy side, but I purchased the Westinghouse wheel kit and now moving it around is a piece of cake.
