This is a great probiotic the pills are a little on the larger size but I'd like that I don't have to take it more than once a day it helps to keep my stomach less bloated and everything moving freely. It also includes apple cider vinegar which eliminated me from having to take a secondary supplement and I like the green tea in it because it helps me with the weight loss. I haven't noticed any significant weight loss on it I just noticed that my stomach appears flatter and not so bloated all the time. I'm excited to contuine using it.
