I have to say that on the second day, I noticed it working for sure. I felt less bloated and even had a bit more energy in the morning. There is no taste to these and are easy to swallow with water. I didn't notice any after taste and after a few days, I have become pretty regular when I usually am unpredictable when it's time. I can bank on in the mornings for sure before I go to work now which is great. If this continues, I may buy again.

The capsules don't have any sort of off-putting"vitamin" smell. The first few days, I was really encouraged. I was down .6 lb and .9 lb, so 1.5 in 2 days. Woo! Then I ticked back up over the next 3. So I have decided that the ingredients probably support weightloss and metabolism, so that on days when I track my calories and eat right, it helps, but on days I eat ice cream cake, it's not a miracle pill. I do feel it helped with appetite suppression. I did not experience any negative side effects mentioned by other reviewers. I will definitely finish this bottle. Will I buy another? To be determined in 3 or 4 weeks.

I love that the capsule itself is made of vegetables. They are easy to swallow and sit on tongue and don't have a bad taste. The total probiotic activity is an impressive 15 billion CPU. My current probiotic has a 100 million. The dosage is one per day which is very doable. There is nothing artificial and there is no overwhelming "vitamin" odor. There are 84 capsules in each bottle. As I continue to take them, I look forward to the positive healthy results.

I really like that it does not use caffeine and instead uses quality ingredients for great results. I also like that you only have to take one a day cause I have tried other brands in the past and some want you to take 3 capsules a day and I always forget to take all of them. I also like the fact that the capsules are acid resistant in order to protect the probiotics through the gut. I would definitely recommend this product.
