I bought this back in August 2022. Brand new from backstock. After few months. The colors started to fade away but I didn’t want to spend more money on another new one. It was nice and simple design for anyone into rockets or space. The back strap for extra support came undone as well.

Bought this for my toddler who is in daycare. I have to say, I love the chill insert and the mess free compartments. I keeps all the food separate and is very easy to clean. I did some digging prior to buying And at this point don’t regret spending the money. With a all the positive reviews and warranty attached to this, it was a no brained. I bought a set of lunch and snack boxes. I am very satisfied with my purchase.The food remains fresh and I have not noticed any leak thus far. I contacted customer services as the lunch box was hard to open and they reacted quickly, sending me a replacement box.

I love the ice pack feature - I never have to worry about cheese or yogurt going bad before lunch! It's the perfect size for my toddler's lunch in particular- the sections help me to portion food appropriately, and make packing lunches less stressful because I can just add a little of this and a little of that without having to construct an elaborate main course with separately packed snacks. I also have many preschool students who have this box - they can use them independently and I'm not worrying about them losing track of lids and small containers. I wish the adult-sized bento boxes also had an ice pack tray like this one!

I bought this lunchbox for my son for lunches at daycare about ten months ago. He LOVES his lunchbox! He is now 19 months old and he’s able to use it with some help to open and close it. It’s easy for him to carry and it’s just the right size to be able to grow with him through school age. About a week ago the clasp of the box broke off when I was packing his lunch- I contacted Bentgo and they responded SO quickly and are replacing it under the 2 year warranty. I really appreciate customer service that ACTUALLY serves its customers.

I bought the Bentgo Chill box for my preschooler. We used it a few times with the inner ice pack on some outings and picnics, and the food inside did NOT stay chilled. The ice pack is a thin piece of plastic that you freeze, not a true ice pack. I also found that it was impossible for my 3 year old to close with the ice pack inside. So we have been using it without the inner ice pack for school and I put a real ice pack in his lunch box on top of the bentgo box. I must say though, I do like the set up of this bentgo box better than the other (non chill) kids bentgo box. It holds plenty of food for my 3 year old for lunch (although we pack a separate morning snack). For older kids, you might want to find something larger. He has been able to close the box without the icepack on his own after some practice at home. I would recommend putting the bentgo box inside a soft lunch box because there have been a few occasions that he did not snap it close completely, and some food or liquid did spill out. Putting in another soft lunch box protected his backpack and stuff from getting covered in food. I recommend this box if you can find a good deal. But I would not purchase it just for the "chill" aspect, because you will be disappointed.

Backpack is perfect size for my preschooler to use currently and grow into the next few years. Just a note, the lunchbox bottom is insulated. You don’t have to put a lunchbox in it. The zipper lunchbox does not fit inside it. But the bentgo box does.

I bought this for my son and I love it, but it doesn’t really work from him since he is in first grade and it is hard for him to carry his lunch, water bottle and utensils. I think this is a great product for bigger kids. Luckily, I have his lunch bag from Bentgo that I bought for him last year with the same print and it is so good that still looks brand new. I really love all the products and I recommend it.

I bought 2 bentgo chills a few months ago for my kids and have worked fantastic until one of the locks broke and I called about it and the team was great to work with and sent out a replacement to me at so charge! And then just the other day the second one broke and within moments they have another one on the way to me which is fantastic because this week was the first week of school and we need our bentgo for school! So thank you for having great customer service that's so easy to work with!

My daughter has been using this since she was 13 months old. She knows how to open and close it and loves opening it herself. I especially love how I can pack her various foods and nothing touches (we all know how kids don’t like food touching) 10/10 product!
