We got this box to replace a bentgo brights, which was handed down to the next daycare child. This box went to K+1 with my older child. The cold pack is nice to keep the whole thing slim. I still send it in a lunch bag because while it's great at not leaking, kids aren't always great at properly closing-- despite them being very fully capable of operating the clasp. Kids 🤯 I top rack dishwasher the inner tray, it's held up great. The silicone lids of both my bentgo boxes (and the hinges of this one) developed mildew that stained. This isn't covered under warranty, but customer service is sending me new boxes anyway, and passed along the following tips for prevention: - Wash with White distilled Vinegar regularly - Cling wrap or other plastic over the lid interior - Completely drying after each cleaning I suspect the drying rack situation in my new house (rack sitting in sink instead of on counter) may have caused this issue, so I'll be taking care to wipe the kids dry or leave them sitting out separately to assure more rapid drying.

We've been absolutely in love with the 2-in-1 Bentgo Backpack! 🎒😄 This backpack has been an absolute game-changer for my boys. Not only does it have all the compartments and space I need for their daily essentials, but that extra waterproof/lunch box compartment is a stroke of genius! I can confidently toss in their water bottles or any damp items, knowing they're safe and dry in their own little sanctuary. It's like having a cozy raincoat for their belongings! Bought this a little prematurely for my Pre-K kid, not thinking about how big it would be. Both me and my husband carry it, and it looks like a regular adult-sized backpack. If you're carrying the bag for your kid, it's great. I like that the water bottle holder on the side has a cinch so that you can fit various sized bottles in there. The bottom/flat compartment for the Bentgo box is great. The main compartment is super roomy for extra clothes and anything they bring home from school. I'd recommend for ages 5/6 and up and who are okay with carrying that much. Construction is great. Materials is great. and I've even thrown it in a hand wash/gentle cycle to clean and it's come out just fine.

I bought my daughter a Bentgo Kids Chill back in August based on all the amazing reviews. Let me say, I’m not sure it’s worth all the hype. The food stays room temperature (or cool-ish when you include the freeze pack) and the seals are not that great, compartments leak into one another.

It has sections to not allow food to touch without using gobs of Tupperware, it's easy to wipe out and clean, the rubber seal seems very durable as long as it is hand washed. My only semi concern with this is the possibility of mold, so I hand washed it after ever use with a baby bottle brush to get into the tight crevices of the rubber, but if you use press n seal or wrap on the top lid, it will help.

We purchased our 1st bentgo 2 in1 backpack and love it, however we ran into a little issue that my daughter had to remove the snack early in the day prior to eating it and needed a solution to keep her snack cold till later in the day. Scott from customer service fixed us right up with a Kids Chill snack box, problem solved! I will be ordering from them every year from now on! :)

I love these boxes for my kids. I don’t have to keep track of endless containers and lids, and I don’t have to worry about adding huge amounts of trash when packing lunch. The ice pack insert is so great for keeping their lunch fresh. Another huge bonus is my kids can build their own lunch. They love choosing what goes in each compartment.

I bought this for my son and I love it, but it doesn’t really work from him since he is in first grade and it is hard for him to carry his lunch, water bottle and utensils. I think this is a great product for bigger kids. Luckily, I have his lunch bag from Bentgo that I bought for him last year with the same print and it is so good that still looks brand new. I really love all the products and I recommend it.

We love our bentgo chill's. It's so nice to have an ice pack as part of the unit. This fits in my kids lunchboxes with a thermos. It's the perfect size for a smaller kids full lunch, or a bigger kids cold sides with a hot thermos lunch. We have 3 and I use multiple times a week. Well made and easy for kids to open themselves.

Our kids love these lunch boxes. It’s the perfect size for packing lunch or snacks for school and also to take in the car on road trips. I love the size of the different compartments. Originally I received a lunchbox that didn’t latch very securely, but customer support was highly responsive and quickly worked with me to replace it. Highly recommend both the lunch box and the company.
