Easy to use, good size for younger kids. I like having the option to add the freezer pack, but it still all fits together without it when we don't need it.

I love that the back pack is lightweight. It has so much more room for storage than I anticipated. We love that our Bentgo boxes fit in perfectly. Will definitely be a customer in the future.

I love that these boxes have an ice pack layer. Even after a full day at school and after school activities, the box is still cold when I take it out of my son’s bag at 6-7pm!

Very Sturdy, good material, made very well. Reason I am taking two stars off is the backpack portion is a bit short. we were barely able to fit in a standard size 1" binder inside. anything longer than that you will have to bend it to get in.

They aren’t leakproof at all my daughter has applesauce in hers and by the time it was lunch she couldn’t eat any of her food because it was everywhere. Also they don’t keep things cold for very long.

Fits a lot more than I thought it would. The built in ice pack is super convenient. I do wish I would fit a full size sandwhich without having to cut it. I also wished it didn't sweat although those 2 things won't stop me from buying more.

For years my son has been using the original bento bundle and now it is time for our daughter to start bringing lunch so we decided to upgrade for her and got a bundle of the Chill Box with the ice pack as a sleeve insert. We have loved them so far.

I absolutely adore this backpack. There is so much extra space in the insulated compartment that you could fit a drink and ice packs. I love the different sections and it's very well made. Quality backpack for such a good price.

I loved it its easy for my kids to use and keep food cool for them. Only thing I didnt like that it stains easily. We packed pasta with tomotoe sauce and the sauce stained it. Since its light gray the stain is very visible but it still works well.

It’s so cute! Not toddler size so it’s a great size for school. There’s even a little zipper in the lunch compartment that I assume is for the ice pack. Pretty awesome! Plenty of pockets too.
