Awesome quality... beatiful color and very well made material. The reason i gave it only 3 stars is because for my 4yr old this was too heavy to carry 😪. We had to put away hopefully for next yr.

We love these Bentgo chill boxes! I like that they keep the food cold until lunch time and my 5 year old can open and close them easily by herself. Clean-up is simple too! Will definitely order more!

Amazing design and I love that the ice pack is built in. Only small complaint is that it can be a little tricky to separate from the food tray, especially when the food tray is dirty.

Carefully read product description. I didn’t realize that I purchased the 5-7 year old bento boxes, my kids are older. I didn’t realize there was a difference. Wasn’t able to send back but we’ll make it work. Quality is perfect though.

cute but when added school supplies, the backpack will fall forward. Does not stay straight up as pictured. Would suggest makin reinforment on the bottom so the backpack staying up right

We bought this backpack because we loved the option of putting my child's bentgo lunch box in the bottom insulated pouch. We are still waiting to use it for when school starts, but it seems very well made.

The zipper broke a week into using the backpack. At first, it was possible to reset the zipper, so it would still work. The second week of using the backpack, the zipper does not function at all.

I love these lunch boxes for my kids! Super useful, you can put different foods and they are easy to open and close for your little one, I highly recommend them.

My daughter loves this for school. I like the built in freezer to keep things cool. It does seem a little heavy for her, however, but she gets really excited to use it.
