I have the 480D however this review applies to this model too. I love my little blender! We drive a big rig and I use it every morning to make my smoothie. My unit blends perfectly every time! However, Ninja you have what I think is a design flaw. The threads for the blender blade and lid are on the inside of the container, when they should be on the outside of the container. I constantly get food debris in the threads where they get trapped and I have to clean out the threads while the smoothie is in the container so that I can get the drinking lid on. Then later it’s difficult to clean out the container due to part of the drink being left in the threads. I can’t always rinse it out right away, remember we’re traveling down the road, so when I try to clean the unit the lid is practically glued to the inside of the container — sometimes it takes me many minutes to get the lid off, or I have to have someone help me to get it off to wash. Ninja — please fix this issue!

Every time I need to prepare family meals, I think of using the Ninja blender: smoothies, nut milk,... dishes that require sauce. This is an amazing thing you must get one at does everything. The sound when the machine operates is a bit noisy, but you can feel the power of the product when crushing food in a short time.

I bought this about 3 months ago. I use it everyday for smoothie and the last two weeks it has been impossible to use when alone. The big container is impossible to put the blender attachment on. It is worn out and now I wish I bought a blender instead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really love smoothies and milkshakes in our household. Ninja has really done a great job with this blender. The one thing that stood out to me was the Auto IQ feature. It really takes the guess work out of the smoothie making business. When you press the smoothie button the countdown begins as does the blending. I have yet had to press the smoothie button twice while making smoothies. So far while using this blender I have not had any issues with the blades freezing up. The blades are very sharp so be careful when handling.  The bottom of the blender has sunction cups to help keep it in place. It definitely  needs those sunction cups as it has some great power. I did the mistake of not using the sunction cups on my first smoothie. Let me just say that it moved around quite a bit. This is very easy and simple to clean. Also, it is very sleek and not bulky at all. Can't wait to attempt to use this for my hummus making.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a Ninja® Nutri-Blender Pro with Auto-iQ®, 1100-Watt, Personal Blender from Tryit Sampling. It was so easy to set up and use. Very powerful motor. Small footprint, I can leave it on the counter and it does not take up much room. With the 2 cups, I can have one in the dishwasher and use the other, both have drinking tops, that can be put on. I like the fact that the cups are marked for ounces makes things very easy.

Another one of my favorites about this blender is the size, it does not take up much room on my counter. I definitely recommend this if you are looking for a small personal sized blender.

I love looking for new recipes to try. I've owned ninja before and it lasted me years before I finally had to replace it. Ninja is my go to for blenders. I also love the size of it, not too big and bulky, hardly taking any counter space.

You can use it to make single smoothies and just replace the blade with the travel lid and just start enjoying your drink or leave the house with it. I love the fact that it brings 2 cups, you can either make for two or more persons or just make 2 for you and save one for later or just make one and put the cup and lid in the dishwasher and use the second one for the next one. The IQ preset program is wonderful. It takes the guess work out of making anything on the blender. It is very simple and easy to use. It has a very powerful motor. All parts, except for the motor, of course, are dishwasher safe and are very easy to clean if you prefer to do it by hand. This is a blender than can be used practically for everything. I got mine right before 5 de Mayo and made delicious margaritas for 5 de Mayo celebration. The margaritas and, especially, the perfection and ease of use were the discussion of the dinner. This is a wonderful blender and one that i will use for a long time.

I love this blender! It can turn anything to liquid for my smoothies. I love that it has a button I can push for my smoothies, and it does the rest, even turning itself off when I am done. I love the large cups that allow me to make enough for a whole day at one time. As soon as Sam's restock this item for shipping, I am going to order one for a friend.

I love the fact that it has the storage container with a lid for your drink. It is a good size and does not take up a lot of room for storage.
