Wonderful Smoothie Maker. The only downside is how loud it is. I would have given it 5 stars if it were a bit more quiet. Much louder than my Ninja professional blender.

This blender is great for making smoothies! I love that all the parts go in the dishwasher. I also purchased an extra blade for convenience and and 18 oz cup for when I want a smaller smoothie. I highly recommend this blender!

The motot is grinding and smell burning when used. Please advice what to do

I bought one for myself and a few for presents when they went on sale at the beginning of December 2023. I've been using mine for almost a month. It's just right for what I needed, and the two programs for smoothie or crushing ice work well. I like the larger containers that double as a travel mug. My favorite smoothie is approximately 1 c. almond milk or a little more, about 12 ice cubes or frozen fruit, and a scoop or two of protein powder. It turns an ordinary meal shake into an extra ordinary frozen treat similar to a milkshake. I plan on trying some other recipes too. It's easy to clean as well by just adding some warm water with a drop or two of dish liquid and pulse for a few seconds. The product has suction cups, which secure it to the counter top (if needed). It can be difficult to remove if you just try to pull it off. Since I don't walk away from the machine while it's working, I usually just set the Ninja on top of a non-stick cutting board and stay with it. It doesn't seem to be bounce around at least for the drinks I have blended so far, but it could! Suction cups or not, I probably would not leave unattended. It only takes about a minute for the perfect personal drink. It is loud. This is a niche item but works well. The ice in my meal shakes is processed so well that it can easily be sipped through a straw just using the auto setting for smoothie. It is a small size with just the pieces I need making it easy to use, clean, and store.

This could have been a 5star because I love shopping in person at Club. The product should be great however my experience with online ordering was not. Online never had my order delivered which was a doorbuster $30 off, special price item. They refunded my money and told me to purchase item in club at full price, contact them back and they the would send me a $30 gift card for the difference. Well after doing what instructed and contacting they back, I didn’t receive that either. Still waiting from 12/4/23. The error wasn’t mine however I punished for it.

Ninja makes excellent kitchen products, so I trust the quality and longevity. I bought one for myself and wanted to gift my twins one each as they love the smoothies I make when they visit me. It's so sad that it is sold out. Hope Sam's Club will bring more in at this price. Awesome product. User friendly and easy to clean. Makes perfect smoothies, and the extra cup is a big plus. Highly recommended.

I've been using this blender for the past few months and have been consistently impressed with its performance. I have primarily been using it for smoothies and sauces, which it tackles without any issues. The ONLY issue that I have found does not have to do with the blender but with the cap on the lids - there is no way to keep them hinged during use - they do a great job and creating a seal, but when you flip it open, instead of just hinging, the thing pops off. During transit to work, I have never felt that my smoothie was going to slip/leak because of this. It is only after you try to flip it open that it causes an issue. I'll live with it - the entire set was $40 as a doorbuster sale, which was a DEAL. In summary: Blender base and blades: 10/10 Canisters: 10/10 Screw-top lids to canisters: 10/10 Flip-open lid on the screw-top lids: 3/10.

I bought this on sale in May because my old blender was going out. I needed a powerful blender to blend margaritas and frozen ice drinks to a smooth consistency with no ice chunks or bits what so ever. Sure enough, my oldie died so I opened this up. This Ninja is perfect. It comes with 2 cups and lids. My first frozen drink was perfectly blended. What I also loved about it is not as noisy as my previous blender. I would highly recommend and I will be purchasing another when they come out on sale.
