I didn't know that the color is ombre. It starts off light and darkens toward the bottom.

The Dutch oven arrived damaged! I am very disappointed! In the process of trying to return it.

I have used this to make baked beans to beef stew and chicken casseroles. It heats up even and stays hot but that cast iron that's why you buy it.
