I have used this to make no knead bread and seared chicken thighs in a rub. Both were delicious and easy to clean up afterwards.

I have used this to make baked beans to beef stew and chicken casseroles. It heats up even and stays hot but that cast iron that's why you buy it.

This pot is great. Nothing sticks to the bottom and it holds and distributes heats well for even cooking.

Nice pot, but the two times I used it, the food stuck to the bottom forming a sticky crust like road tar. I might be doing something wrong, I dunno.

This Dutch Oven is a great deal. I really am enjoying using it. Usually for this quality you pay much more.
