I bought it 3 week ago and I am happy with it. Wash very clean and save water

I bought this after my 12 year old LG top loader died. Since l was having unbalance load problems with the older washer I thought that a bigger capacity front loader would solve my problems. Nope. I have had my washer for a couple of weeks and the loads are even smaller than before. I never had unbalanced load issues with my previous washer until after I had it over a decade. Now in order to have a complete cycle without interruptions, I now have to do multiple small loads. Not what I expect for a large capacity washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good!! I was informed by a lot of friends and family not to purchase a front load washer. Despite what they said, I went ahead and purchased this and the drier that goes with it........I could not be happier!! Their biggest concern was that they got mold on theirs but I have a large enough space when I can keep the door open so it dries quickly, plus I wipe it down after the wash is complete. I have only had this machine for about a week and have already washed about 10 loads of laundry. I have noticed that it cleans my (and my family's) clothes a lot better than my old top loader and I highly recommend this washer. The only "negative" I could find so far is that I'm about 6' tall and it is a little bit of a pain to bend all the down and reach to the back of the washer to get clothes that are back there. I am purchasing pedestals now to hopefully reduce that little annoyance but other than that, great washer so far!!

I replaced an old LG (about 13 years old) This washer is very large. in fact it hold a lot of clothes that my 13 yo dryer couldn't handle. Just replaced the old dryer for a larger LG with wifi. that is the only thing i regret about purchasing this model is the lack of wifi. everything else is great with this washer. I love it

I had to recently replace my old LG dryer and got the dryer with wifi I have had this washer for 9 months now and it's been great. I cant believe how much i can load this up. It is super quiet, so quiet I have to go in and check to make sure I actually turned it on.

Bought this a month ago...I love it but the smell coming from the rubber gasket is more than I can bear. I pray it eases up with time...if not they need to replace this one. I know rubber off gases but this is not just a rubber smell. Staying hopeful.

I think this machine was designed for save water , there is no reason to buy a big machine a big machine because I bought a big one and I only can wash a little bit clothes and use a heavy duty cicle, that’s mean I spend more power and water using extra rinse one it . I don’t recommend this machine

I bought this big machine in order to wash enough clothes , it doesn’t clean well my clothes , I request a returning number to LG No one help me with it in order I can get anothe model . There is no enough water in this machine. I need another one .
