We ordered the 16x12 and it arrived on time in several boxes. My husband put it together over a weekend. I will say that it’s a bit weird that the main posts are hollow and some of the pieces don’t seem to fit well together, almost looks like it’s a bit uneven in places but only if you have a critical eye like me. I’d say overall it has made a huge improvement to the look of our backyard. On it’s own, it does not provide nearly as much shade as I had hoped and we had to buy a separate cover to put on top. Again, for the price point, it was a great purchase.

The kit was delivered to our driveway earlier that expected. We like the quality of the product and attention to detail. We hired someone to put it together and he was impressed with the thorough instructions and accuracy. One of the braces split when being installed. I called for a replacement and had it in a short time. Very helpful and friendly customer service. Our friends are impressed at the quality and price. So are we!

I did a lot of research before i purchased my Pergola and everything came back to backyard discovery. We are VERY happy with our purchase from the start even ordering during COVID they were very responsive. We had two damaged boards and i made a call and those boards were fedex'd to me right away in great heavy duty cardboard packaging. We assembled ourselves we did have some tall men helping to hold things up until we made sure everything was square. Great instructions. I recommend water sealing BEFORE you put it looks absolutely beautiful and i would think much easier before its up. Overall VERY happy with every aspect really enjoying our new back yard!!!

We looked at many different pergolas before deciding to go with this. It is absolutely perfect for our back yard. It is sturdy, and I have no doubt that it will be able to withstand all the weather elements. We did stain it before we put it together as was suggested. Family and friends have asked where they can buy one too! Shipping and delivery was easy, the delivery company that delivered the boxes were very nice and made sure it was away from the road.

I bought this over the 2019 Memorial day weekend which included free shipping as part of the special. It was delivered withing 10 business days, in long boxes. Boxes are heavy, need two strong people to lift. I was able to assemble the pergola within four hours. It really adds visual depth to my patio, ties the house in nicely to the yard and provides great shade. I will be adding a canvas piece to the side for additional UV protection but overall I would definitely recommend this product.

Came 95% great. 2 boards had slight cracks. Easy to follow instructions both in the box and available via an app. Wood is colored but has no sealant of any kind, pick your poison if you choose to seal the wood prior or after assembly.

Delivery was quick and as stated . Set up for assembly was easy and they were able to accommodate us and getting it done before a party we were having . Very happy with services provided and looks great in our backyard.

We have received many compliments on our new two Pergolas. They're beautiful in our Community pool area. We also used backyard Discovery third party to install. They were on time, professional, and finished the two installs in about 8 hours!

Looks fantastic. As a professional carpenter I was able to assemble completely with and apprentice in a leisurely 5 hours. Finish was uniform and all hardware present.
