Great so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is unbelievably quiet. I can’t even hear it when I’m standing right next to it! I love the third rack for knives, utensils, and my daughters cups that have small parts.

Not a reliable dishwasher

Haven't been able to complete an entire wash cycle without LC pop up and stop washing, no water on the floor and read the reviews of why it happens, have tried the fixes, wish I would have went with another dishwasher.

INSTALL NOT INCLUDED! THIS IS A HARD WIRED MACHINE

This was sold to us as installation included however when they came to deliver they would not install because the dishwasher is a hard wired appliance and they do not do that. they said we need an electrician to install a plug however the dishwasher is not a plug in dishwasher so installing a plug does not fix it.

Delivery good/Install bad

Only bought this from Sam's because they said it included install. They wouldn't install it because they said my pipes were too old. So now I get to pay a plumber to come and remove the old one and install the new one. Not happy right now!!! Sorry, can't review the dishwasher because I can't use it!

Frustrated

Maybe they'll deliver it, but probably not.

I ordered this dishwasher over a month ago. Have had five delivery appointments, all of which the delivery company canceled after they just didn't show up. Was on the phone with them multiple times, trying to figure out what was going on. I contacted Sam's club 5 days ago, and they said they would get back to me in 24-72 hrs. Contacted them today and was again given the 25-72 hours. This has been a nightmare. Needless to say, I am very unhappy that I purchased this dishwasher from Sam's Club. If I ever get this dishwasher, I will do a proper review of the dishwasher itself.
