great quiet product, looks good..but bottom rack is dirty and so are some of the dishes on the top rack. we have had this product for 1 year and tried many different variations on placement of dishes, nothing works even on the 2 hour cycle.

Less than a month in and unit lost power in the middle of a cycle. Would not turn back on, water still in machine. On a positive note, I was able to schedule repair online and have someone out to fix in a week.
