i bought this dishwasher in the last week of may. stopped working after a week, and i had 4 service calls from samsung since then. it stops mid-cycle and leaves dishes unclean. we are a family of 4, and we've been washing dishes by hand since then. i have spent hours talking to samsung support, and it has been a nightmare. i have been a samsung customer for over a decade. everything in my home is samsung. after this nightmarish experience, i will never buy samsung again. you have been warned. do not buy this.

This one is a replacement for the first one that did not work, and could not be repaired, costing 3 points. It works great when it works! Get the long warranty!

Allows for move room for large items in the base drawer asthose utensil holders are removable. Just be mindful that this dishwasher doesn't have heated dry and opens with about 10 minutes left in the cycle to assist with air drying. I have a toddler who likes to close things so you might have a bit more moisture to dry off it gets closed.

It has more than 5 wash settings to cover whatever amount of dishes or vigorous washing the dishes need. It's mostly silent. You won't even notice that it is washing. Dishes and utensils come out so clean without spots. The Dishwasher has wifi and can be connected to your Samsung connect app or Samsung family hub app. With the apps, you can control the Dishwasher from anywhere. The apps have a good range of control settings. The Dishwasher's door automatically opens after each wash to allow for efficient drying. Personally, I would say that every home deserves this Dishwasher. It's Awesome!!!

The function that opens the door to vent the steam surprised us a little in the beginning, but the drying definitely benefits as a result.

you want to ruin your life? buy this dishwasher. installation with the rxo is 100% garbage. their e-commerce is useless and samsung quick service is worthless. save your energy. this product was replaced once and new unit is still leaking. quick service was a no show and didn’t even inform me. save yourself. run for the hills. avoid the water damage to your house that they could careless about.

Bought this dishwasher May 2011, and of course as the 2 year warranty is up I am starting to see issues. The top rack has started to rust away, I only ever wash cups and glasses there (not sharp objects). Not sure what to do now and how to replace but I’ve never had this occur before.

The sleek stainless steel exterior is definitely a step up in terms of aesthetics comapred to our old dishwasher. My only gripe here is that the guys who installed it probably could have pulled it out a half inch further, as when the front door closes the lip of our kitchen counter covers up all of the buttons which reside on the top of the dishwasher door. Definitely not the end of the world, and not a problem with the dishwasher, per se. Other than that, the installation went very quickly and smoothly. The dishwasher is the same size as our old one, but this one definitely feels like it has more room inside it, likely due to the more efficient layout. The slim top rack is great for throwing lids, utensils, etc on. Probably my favorite aspect of the dishwasher is how quiet it is! You can barely tell when it's running. This is a major upgrade for us compared to the last dishwasher. In terms of actual washing performance, this thing has been great so far. Everything comes out completely clean, even dishes that hadn't been fully rinsed off beforehand or had some food stuck to them. Overall, we really love our new dishwasher. It looks great, it's easy to use, it works well, and it has a ton of different features and modes. I'm so glad we decided to go with this Samsung dishwasher!
