[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this dishwasher hasn't missed a single spot on a dish or glass. I'm very impressed with the performance for this type of dishwasher. One thing that really had me excited when I realized that when the cycle is over, the door actually pops open to help aid in drying. I think this is genius! No more waiting extremely long times for drying to finish. The only issue I ran into may have been specific to my situation. When I first installed it into my dishwasher slot, I had to raise the front of it very high to get contact with the bottom of the counter so it'd be secured. This was so high that the front end tilt caused the racks to slide back into the dishwasher if pulled out and left out. There's no way to adjust the height in the back so I ended up having to put a 3/4" MDF board onto the floor where the dishwasher stood so that I didn't need to raise the front so high to secure it and that solved the problem. Really no issue once I realized what I needed to do but it would have been better if the back could also raise up to counter raising up the front. I guess my dishwasher "slot" was just cut too tall, although it never had an issue with other dishwashers. I still love this thing! It cleans better than any dishwasher I've ever had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this dishwasher for about a year now and let me tell you, this thing rocks! It actually cleans the dishes without damaging them, not only that but it’s the quietest dishwasher I’ve ever seen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very quiet dishwasher if that what is critical for you. The washing quality is mostly good. Couple of issues. This is a newer more energy efficient dishwasher and it does not have a heating element in the tub, so the drying is not as good as with the older machines. Especially problematic are all the plasticware. Also it would not wash the plastic as well. You need to chose extra hot and/or sanitize cycle for these. and then it will take 3 hours to wash. Another issue are the buttons, they are not sensitive enough and usually you need to push them 2-3 times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got more than we expected with this dishwasher, it has fantastic cleaning power and we love the 3rd draw near the top to hold larger cooking utensils. I will have to say the WiFi feature is something I enjoy the most sending message to our Samsung TV and other devices like cell phones when the clean cycle is complete.

Dishwasher worked great for 6 months. Then the waterwall arm became detached. Easy enough to reattach it as it just snapped on in the back of the dishwasher track. For the next few months, it popped off a couple times and we just popped it back on. Annoying but manageable. Now 18 months into owning the dishwasher, past the 12-month warranty, waterwall arm becomes detached in the first 10 minutes of the cycle and dishes do not get clean. Scheduling a repair online estimates the repair at around $400 and wants to put a hold on my credit card for that amount. That is over half the price I paid for the dishwasher originally. This should not happening after 18 months.

The washer cleans dishes with no issues, no stuck on food and no pre-rinse needed. Not to mention you can’t even hear it when it’s on. Great buy definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had an old basic Whirlpool in our home, that was probably ten years old. Our house is an open floor plan, and the kitchen and living room are only separated by the kitchen cabinets. When the old dishwasher would run we would have to turn the TV up a lot so we could hear it over the dishwasher. Even though the old one worked, I wanted to try a new one, and get a quieter one. This Samsung was rated the lowest decibels, so I figured it would be "a little quieter", however it is so quiet you can barely tell it is running, and we don't have to turn up the TV at all. It is amazing. The most we ever here is when it drains, and we can hear water going down the drain, and that is almost nothing as well. I also picked this one because of the water wall. The old dishwasher would often leave thing dirt, that were in the corners that the rotating spray arms would miss, and we would have to run it twice, and move those items. The water wall covered everything on the lower rack, every time. We have never had to run the Samsung twice for any reason, everything comes out perfect. I love the Smart Controls for it, all of my phones are Samsung, and my TV. Smartthings notifies me on my phone and TV when the dishwasher is complete, since it is so quiet this is nice; since you do not hear it stop (it does beep when it is complete also). You can also check the app on your phone to see what cycle it is on and how long it will still run for. I like that when you start it, you get a time read out of how long it will run. With our original dishwasher, it was started and it was a guess when it would be done. On the Samsung you can look at the read out on the dishwasher and always see how much longer it has. On our old dishwasher, my wife would always has to slightly open the door so the last of the wetness in the dishwasher could air dry a little; the Samsung does that for you for the last few minutes of the cycle! The door opens a little, and forces some of the wet air out of the unit. The app also tells you when it is low on rinse aid and when you need to run a self cleaning cycle. So happy I went with this one, and did not compromise for a cheaper one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I knew I was going to love my new Samsung dishwasher, I have many other Samsung products that are top of the line. This dishwasher is so quiet, I didn't even realize it was running until it played a tune and popped up on my TV that it was done. I have it connected to WiFi and I thought that was pretty cool. The dishes are noticeably cleaner than from my old dishwasher. It's stainless inside which I can see is more sanitary. There is a 3rd rack on the top for small items, genius! There are a handful of washing cycles as well as a 60 minute option for a quick wash. I like the linear wash system which cleans items much better. There are top controls which are hidden from little hands. I have a 3 year old who touches everything! Also the black stainless doesn't show fingerprints, again I have a 3 year old.......I am very happy with my new Samsung dishwasher and I highly recommend it if your in the market for a quality product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I load the dishwasher normally, I have to raise the middle rack up to accommodate my plates on the bottom. When I do this, the bowls and saucers are obstructed by the very top rack. I’ll probably have to remove the top rack to maximize load efficiency
