This exceeded our expectations. If it wasn't for the outside display you would not even know it is running.

The only sound it makes is when the door automatically opens a little to let the steam out (which is awesome). The integration with the SmartThings app is very useful. It lets us know how much time is remaining.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best dishwasher ever! We have the dishwasher for couple of months now, but all I can say is WOW! Best dishwasher I have ever seen/ had! My husband did the research, and came to conclusion, that this model should suit best our needs and budget. I went along with the choice and was curious how would the product behave and how would be it's performance. I approached the new appliance with caution, but open mind. However, after first few uses, I was blown away with it's performance. Amazing! My husband was looking for a quiet machine. First time we turned it on, I had to double check I actually turned it on, because it was so quiet. The design of the appliance is great, stainless steel in and out looks great. Touch buttons are an excellent feature, they don't collect any residual dirt. Keeping the dishwasher clean and neat is a matter of a quick wipe over. Sensors will always let you know when it's time to perform a self clean, or if your jet dry is running low. The inside space is great for pots and pans. I didn't care much for the top third rack designed for cutlery; I prefer to use the baskets. However, I still use the top rack, occasionally, for lids, some kids' toys, or other small things. I like the wash cycle options, they are great. What made me absolutely love this dishwasher was a fact that it made my tea cup spotless! I'm a tea drinker, all day long. Used one mug for a whole day, then put it in the dishwasher without rinsing, or scrubbing off the tea stains first. Never ever in my life have I seen a dishwasher wash the mug spotless! This machine did it! It truly works great! My husband said that some people were complaining in the reviews, that this appliance doesn't have the drying function. I didn't think much of it; didn't know if it is going to be annoying or not. However, I honestly don't think it's necessary. Once the cycle is finished, the door opens automatically and the excess steam escapes, leaving the dishes dry. In my opinion, it performs just as great as if you would have the drying function. I would not get discouraged by this. The design and functionality of this appliance is honestly great. Dishes will be dry, but you will still have a little bit of water (few drops, not a little puddle) at the top of the cups left, just like any other dishwasher. Also, people have been complaining that the singing melodies, when you touch the buttons, are annoying. Well, after a few uses, yes, it does get annoying. However, there is a quick fix for it. You can silence the machine. Problem solved. The dishwasher comes pre-set to 4, in how much of jet dry it uses. In my opinion, in that setting, it was using the rinse liquid too fast, without any particular benefits to it. I chaged the setting to 2. I believe that's an optimal number. Maybe 1 could do as well, but I would have to try that one yet.

I will say the only down side is the rinse aid slot, when adding it’s difficult to fill up and lots of liquid pours out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The black stainless steel dishwasher complements my kitchen. Like the Express60 feature for washing dishes in one hour. It's very quiet. Also, it plays different melodies when you press eash button. It has a countdown clock for each cycle and opens the door when the drying cycle starts, lettinh out the steam.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy after a few months of using this dishwasher. (Replaced a KitchenAid that I loved but finally died after many years.) Love the configurability of the racks and settings so when we're washing pots/pans we can flip down the left-side of lower rack and set to wash extra there, otherwise normal loads of plates are just 1hr including the drying. Additional things we love: third rack/shelf at the top for lids, big spatulas, etc. Really like how it cracks open at the end of the drying cycle (items definitely get drier than my old dishwasher) w/no condensed water as the hot air can escape. We have SmartThings so connecting to that is a nice feature though I don't use too much since I don't really need to control the dishwasher remotely too often. (But good to know if you turn it on and go out, it lets you know it finished successfully.) Honestly wasn't sure about getting a Samsung dishwasher (vs. Bosch or other top brands you see reviews for) but couldn't be happier with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had for three weeks, but so far I like it better than the Kitchenaid I replaced. I love the third rack at the top, ingenious. Really great for odds and ends. Aside from cleaning ability, I worried about how it would dry without heating elements at the bottom and how well/many dishes would fit in it. It has not disappointed in the least. Clean better, yes (and I haven't even used ZoneBooster feature yet). Dries well, surprisingly yes! Easier to load/fit dishes, million times yes . . in fact I think I fit more in this and it does not compromise cleaning results in the process. I no long fight racks and tines to fit various dishes and bulky items and then worry it won't clean such precariously placed items. It all works. Racks slide in and out smoothly and securely. You will worry it is not running in the beginning because it is soo quiet. Only time will tell if I can be loyal long term, but first impressions . . I LOVE IT! Have used both Normal and Express Wash. Am using Seventh Generation Ultra Power Plus dishwasher detergent gel and nothing else with fabulous results. Such an interesting design in technology compared to other dishwashers with spinning arms . . I hope it continues to be reliable and impress.

It’s so quiet you can’t even hear it running, also the stainless steel inside helps with any-types of Odor or musty smell. I love how high tech this dishwasher is it automatically opens at the end of each cycle to let steam out. The look of the dishwasher is a bonus super modern and sleek. Hands down the best dishwasher on the market.

We purchased this dishwasher less than a year ago, and unfortunately, it has already encountered four different problems. We have had to schedule four separate technician visits to address these issues. Regrettably, we are now facing yet another problem with the dishwasher, less than 24 hours after the last repair. Scheduling an appointment has proven to be quite challenging, as the process requires performing steps that typically require professional assistance, such as pulling out the dishwasher and inspecting all hoses. It is frustrating to be without a functioning dishwasher for an entire month.
