[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When this dishwasher was delivered, I couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. The functions make loading and running the dishwasher fun. I have used it three times. Each time I have to ask myself if it’s really running because it’s so quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned this dishwasher for a while now and absolutely love it. I can't even tell it is running most of the time. Love the third rack for silverware, frees up a ton of space in the bottom rack so we only have to run the dishwasher a few times a week saving water and energy. Also love that the door opens at the end of the cycle to dry the dishes without using a heating element - another great energy saving feature.

i have owned 2021 samsung dishwasher for almost 2 months and continue to have to rewash so many dishes post wash. previously, i owned a whirlpool 2003 model that was basic and cleaned amazingly well. it was noisy but, at this point, i would take a noisy machine that at least cleaned dishes well. i remove all food particles prior to loading, do not overload dishes and use the zone booster. very very disappointed in its performance!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only time I can even hear it running is when it’s draining. Love it. Only thing I would change, is I wish the the third rack had a little bit more head room. Other than that, it been a great purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second Samsung dishwasher I have owned. The first one was a super machine so the reason I purchased this one. This one is shaping up to be better than the first one. Super quiet and efficient.

Having now run our new Samsung dishwasher 5 times- full loads- we are very impressed by the look of it, by the lack of sound- very quiet, by how spotlessly clean it gets all our glasses, dishes, bowls, mugs, silverware (using the 3rd rack for silverware works great) and how well it dries. We run it at night before we go to bed and when we check it in the morning, the door has popped open and everything is dry- even the concave portion of the bottom of some of our coffee mugs. Very, very pleased in our first few months of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This looked like a great dishwasher. However, it was not. Great idea but it failed right out of the box. It looked like it had some great features. It was smart but basically you could only see what cycle it was on. Not worth it. The bar at the bottom never moved. Then it started making noise. I so wished it worked but didn't. I do have to thank Samsung for pulling through and replacing the dishwasher. That was super.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works as well as advertised. I live in an open, loft-style condo, so I love how quiet it is. If you use rinse-aid, the dishes come out sparkling and dry, including plastics. I love the simple, clean design too.

I've tried several dishwashers over the years and I do not by lower-end models. Bosh did not hold up. Whirlpool did not hold up, either. I am expecting this Samsung to hold up very well. It is quiet as a whisper and it washes extremely well. The multitude of useful options also makes the drudgery of dishwashing much, much easier.

really do like this unit--very modern and easy to clean exterior. cleans well and i love how quiet it is--even quieter than my old kitchenaid. the extra tray inside is great for the little things--knives, etc. my only complaint is the "power bar" in the bottom of the unit. ours comes off the drive constantly and i think that our cleaning experience would greatly improve if that were to work as it should. (repair is pending.)
