[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really happy with this dishwasher. It is extremely quite does a great job on cleaning but most of all it dries plastic items !!!!!! I replaced a KitchenAid that was expensive and a piece of junk . it had problems 1 month after the 1 year warranty I had it repaired at my expense and it lasted about another 10 months before the same problem returned. I was a quiet unit but did not clean very well and there was water everywhere. This Samsung unit it great. I liked it so much I replaced my refrigerator with a Samsung unit. I love that appliance also.

this unit is sooooo quiet that my installer and i had to put our ears to it to make sure it was hooked up and running. i'm very pleased with this product. i will say, if you want someone to review products off of the email requesting "what did you think", you need to have the "share" link go to the review section and not have go back to the product page and force a person to search for review section

It has a sleek modern design that would go with any kitchen decor. It’s roomy and the extra top shelf provides a convenient addition for odd shaped items. I love that you can’t even tell that it’s on because of its quiet innovation. My 1st load cane out of the dishwasher squeaky clean better than my previous dishwasher. One of the best features is it’s app connectivity where you can program the dishwasher to begin a load when you want. I will definitely recommend this Samsung dishwasher to friends and family through word of mouth and social media. My husband agrees with me that we made a great investment in our purchase of this dishwasher. I am overjoyed with excitement about my new dishwasher!!

The layout inside is with the top rack for cutlery means we took the removal baskets out and almost never use them. We usually run out of dishes and cutlery before the dishwasher is even full! Everything has come out clean every time though. Only downsides I would say is taller items dont fit as well and the "smart" features are mostly a waste of time but the notifications for when its done is probably the most useful smart feature so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great dishwasher. Love the silverware tray at the top- gets the silverware really clean and without the need to pre scrub. Surprisingly quiet wash cycle. Wasn't sure at first about the tones that accompany startup and finish of the cycle. But, I see that you can turn them off if you want and now I am getting used to them and really find them helpful. Would definitely recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher does a good job. It’s so quiet you don’t hear a thing except when it beeps. I am not happy with the top shelf for silverware because it takes up too much room from the middle shelf, and the silverware sometimes has spots.

this is a great dishwasher! the customers who are having issues did not install thier dishwasher correctly. all you need to do is make sure you install the drain hose directly to the garbage disposal or your air gap device, its very easy trust me! don’t let the one star reviews deter you from buying this dishwasher.

This machine also dries much better than the old one. But the most amazing thing is how quiet it is- the only thing we hear is the water draining. So far, we love it!

Great job when cleaning dishes as well! Have yet to have something not clean when finished. Sleek design and layout, can’t wait to see the other appliances match this design, I’ll have to upgrade!
