I bought The model DW80R9950US, now is showing PC error. Everything was great , I like that is almost no noise when washing, until a 2 weeks ago and the PC error code appeared. Troubleshooting hasn’t helped the situation. The error still coming back. Now back to handwashing until the issue is resolved.

We love the very top slim rack that you can put lids on it and not get them lost in the washer. The dishwasher does its job of getting the dishes clean the 1st time. And we also like how the door pops open 5 minutes before it's done to let the steam out.

The door opens a little at the end of the cycle to allow steak to escape and dry thoroughly. I haven’t had the chance to use every feature, but it also connects to the SmartThings app so you know when it is done washing. Because the buttons are placed at the top you have to select the cycle and start it then shut the door.

i bought samsung dishwasher (model dw80r9950ug/aa) on november of 2022 (christmas present from me to me). i’ve made sure to enable the auto release dry function by selecting “a1” option on the dishwasher but yet auto release dry function has only worked twice since i bought the dishwasher. i am very disappointed, not understanding why the auto release dry function is not working.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this dishwasher! The pros: 1. It is aesthetically pleasing. Clean lines. No bulky buttons to look at. The timer, when running, Is a pretty color blue and just large enough to see clearly, but not so big as to look tacky. 2. Cleaning the outside is a breeze. It really doesn't show any fingerprints, and if it did it was because my kids had a sticky mess on their fingers. It wipes right off. Again, even those sticky fingers were barely noticeable. 3. It is so quiet! I honestly cannot hear it unless I am right next to it and focusing directly on the machine, and even then it is barely audible. 4. Functionally, it is perfect! Being able to adjust the plate supports is amazing. It is pretty much designed for any type of dish, whether it be large, small, awkward designs, etc. Adjusting the height of the upper and 3rd rack is one of my favorite parts if the design. Samsung has also made it very easy to remove the racks. 5. Connecting to our smarthome is definitely one of my favorites. Being able to know when it is done wherever I am has made it very convenient. 6. Automatic door opening! I love this! I did this with our old washer and I'm so happy that they made this an automatic function. Cons: 1. The only con was the installation, but I can't really blame it on Samsung dishwasher. When we put it in, the process took a little longer due to our cabinet and how it was built with the wiring and floor leveling. If we didn't have those issues, the installation probably would of taken half the time or less to install. I have recommended this dishwasher to all of my friends and will continue!

When it was a time to change the dishwasher I decided to go with the most premium model on the market considering that dishwashers is not that expensive segment. I super love the absence of any NOISE. speed and the quality of washing. I am also enjoying Amazon integration and smart features. When the machine says. Please proceed self clean! Awesome. Ps. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this two months ago and I love it! It is super quiet and yet cleans anything we put in it. I have never been a fan of dishwashers until we purchased this one. It does not disappoint! My only gripe is it doesn't really y fit a cooking sheet in less you lay it across one of the racks but it still does great if you do that.
