Really disappointed and unsatisfied
i was so happy to purchase this to find out when it got delivered to my door. i opened the package and was unwrapping the tape and plastic and then i opened the dishwasher and the 2nd middle rack was leaning on rh side and there was a white piece as shown in picture that was laying on the bottom surface. so its not attached to the rh side on the track,on the a surface of dishwasher . who ever maufactured these appliances,are not checking them before and after they are made they need a quality control and who ever is delivering it is driving reckless and damaging the products . i wouldnt reccommend this to anyone. waste of time and money spent. this is a wrong way to do buisness and you will be hearing from bbb soon.
Seamless integration
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my kitchen suite in tuscan steel for almost a month now, and my dishwasher has been well used. I love the space and the connectivity with my phone. I do think that the load time is a little long, with sn auto cycle being 2 hrs and 46 minutes. Also I am not a fan of the open to dry feature since I have to leave it open all day for dry dishes.. my dishes do come out clean, however, and I have only noticed residue on 1 ladle after some user induced technical difficulties. Overall I like the dishwasher, and I am ok with the purchase.

High hopes...
I want to love this dishwasher, really I do...BUT I have had 2 different machines delivered and both have the middle rack completely off the track. All the little ball-bearings were in the bottom of the dishwasher so that rack actually was sitting on the bottom rack. It's been extremely frustrating. I don't know if this is a design flaw, a manufacturer defect or just bad luck twice. I'm waiting on my delivery of now a third machine so hopefully thrid times a charm? Fingers crossed because if not I will be returning to the original place purchased and going with a completely different brand. That is not ideal since we have been changing out all our appliances to Samsung and our stove, microwave, washer and dryer have already been purchaed. Only time will tell.

Super quiet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Samsung fishwasher to replace a very old Maytag that had develpoed a leak. Did alot of research online and chose the Samsung unit with very low noise,,You barely notice the thing is running. Looks good in the kitchen next to the matching refrigerator, microwave and range/oven. Like the option of several different cleaning cycles.
Awesome Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this dishwasher! We have been using it for a couple of weeks and am extremely impressed with how well it cleans even our dirtiest dishes. I love that it has smart controls and notifies me when it is completed. I love how the door opens when it finishes and lets out all the steam. We have teenage children and they love it as well since they aren't having to practically hand wash dishes before putting them in the dishwasher as they had to do with our previous dishwasher. The dishwasher is also really quiet and I have found the front display of how long is left for the cycle to be very helpful.

Very elegant piece of machinery
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I found out we were getting a new dishwasher my first reaction was “what’s wrong with the old one?“ I am the kind of person who keeps something until it’s no longer fixable. After all, I dishwasher is the dishwasher? Right? I was wrong. This thing looks like was carved out of a single block of stainless steel. It’s a work of art. Speaking of work, does it ever! All we do is knock off the loose food, put it in and let it go. The auto setting is smart enough that it figures out what it needs to do. I love the fact that it’s got a special high-pressure section for pots and pans. My hands don’t work the way they used to and getting into the nooks and crannies of some of my pots can be difficult. This thing is like a pressure washer for dishes. That being said, it is still gentle for the glasses on the upper rack. As everybody has said, this thing is quiet, so quiet that if you don’t look at it you don’t know it’s running. You need to have the chime so you know that it’s on or off. I like the fact that I can be somewhere else in the house and check on my Alexa how much time is left. It does take a while to clean, but because it’s so thorough it’s worth it. This is a significant step forward as the dishwasher goes. It cleans the dishes so well you think they are brand new. Because it does not use heat to dry the dishes, I don’t worry about having melted plastic. It has a lot of capacity and it’s very efficient in its use of space. You can put a lot of stuff in there!

Great dishwasher!! As good as a Bosch!

It stops mid-cycle, and the door opens up with unclean dishes. and I have been washing the dishes by hand for the last two months. Samsung sent a technician four times, and they could not fix it. I've been a Samsung customer for the last 10+ years, and every appliance in my house is Samsung. I bought this dishwasher as a part of a package to replace my old appliances. It was a really bad decision.

Useless, expensive trash
we bought the most expensive unit from lowes. extended warranty package, on top. problem: waterwall broke, motor was exchanged, service technician could not do it alone, we had two guys here. subsequent calls for correct repairs could not fix the newly installed motor, waterwall to work. worst, can not do online service call requests, must wait endlessly for an agent. i am so tired of this dishwasher. do not buy!!!

Great Dishwasher!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is very quiet. Almost silent, in fact. It can barely be heard when you are in the kitchen. It was very easy to install, and I love the fact the adjusting mechanism for the rear of the machine is accessible from the front, making it very easy to make sure it is level. It also works very well and looks great with my Samsung Tuscan stainless refrigerator and stove.
