HIGHLY DISAPPOINTMENT IN THIS PRODUCT
I have had this dishwasher sine June 2023. 2 months after purchasing it I had an intermittent leak around the door. A technician came out and of course he was unable to find it. A few months later I called again because it was getting worse. They came out the second time and replaced the door and door gasket. 3 months later it is leaking again. I continue to get the run around from Samsung customer support and my hard wood has been damaged. Highly disappointed in this product

Should have gone LG
less than 3 months into using the dishwasher it starts giving us trouble. mid-cycle it'll get stuck and won't progress. then we run it and when we wake up and it's back to the original start time like it never ran. called samsung and they send someone out but the problem is there is no error code and it's an intermittent problem so it doesn't happen when the repair person comes. he says the waterwall arm was loose, fixed it and said it would be resolved. two weeks later happens again. get the same questions and now i have another repair person coming. samsung doesn't seem likely to replace this unit, just keep sending repairmen. this shouldn't be happening to a unit less than 6 months old. i’ll likely end up buying a new unit (different brand) and lose $900. should have bought an lg.

Silent clean
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung linear dishwasher in black stainless steel is a beauty to beauty. It fit perfectly with other Samsung appliances in the kitchen. Usually I shy away from doing the dishes, but with this dishwasher ,I have no issues doing the dishes. It's very sleek,quiet and beautiful. It has great features like smart control,self clean,speed booster and other smart features. I love the fact that the racks are adjustable and the top linear rack is a bonus for us because we can add some silverware there. I love it and it's easy to use. I totally recommend to every family, it makes you want to run the dishes all the time

Incredible upgrade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is as silent as you want in dishwasher. Having the time remaining projected to the front of the unit is just smart. And more important is that it is deficient. cleans great and no conventional dryer elements... this does not cook your plastics like an oven.
If I could give no stars that would be my choice
got this dishwasher for 4 months and it is already giving problem, trying to request service, and not being able to do it online, keeps saying that is a service request already open for it, and ask to call 1 800 samsung, dates for service available is only 6 days available in a whole month and none of these days is good for us... this has been a very very frustration. machine when turned on gives 3 beeps for 5 or 6 times, before starting to work, once the cycle is finished dishes are not clean and not dried.

It is smaller than my other dishwashers

When I got it home it was ok but it’s smaller than all my other dishwashers. It did not clean the dishes so I had a rep come out and he had to replace a part in it already. It still does not clean the dishes well. I have to clean them before I put them in.

Perfect Upgrade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the main reasons we purchased this dishwasher was to match our other black stainless steel Samsung appliances. We have been using it for about a month now and absolutely love it. Not only does it look amazing in our newly renovated kitchen, it cleans to perfection. Syncing with SmartThings is a great option and allows us to keep track of the amount of cycles, drying agent levels, and also if we need to run a cleaning cycle; it helps make the maintenance of the machine easy. The only slight negative is that it could dry the dishes a little better. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the choice we made.
Very Quite
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall good product. Very quite. Cleans everything very thorough. Only draw back is that the dishes are still wet after washing. The automatic door opening helps some but I still need to dry the dishes as they come out.
Ok but not worth the price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dishwasher about a month ago to replace a whirlpool. I wish I would have repaired the whirlpool or bought another whirlpool. The Samsung is very quiet but it seems to decrease the amount of space inside the dishwasher to accomplish this. I have to run this dishwasher more frequently than my old one to keep up with the dishes . The dishwasher frequently has an unpleasant smell even after cleaning the internal filters. The dishes for the most part are clean when they come out but they are not dry since there is no heated dry. If you are looking for a quiet dishwasher and don't have a ton of dirty dished this is the machine for you.

Very Quiet!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our dishwasher for about a year and I'm very impressed with it. It operates at a whisper quiet noise level. It gets the dishes very clean and automatically opens as the cycle ends to expedite drying, very neat feature!
