This is my fourth Samsung product and most certainly the greatest value on the market! It is so QUIET-just as advertised. I have recommended this model to several friends & family members-after seeing/hearing ours's, my brother just purchased one as well. ***** Very happy continued customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very good dishwasher, very quiet, and energy efficient. To start the dishwasher manually, one must press power, and then press start. Excellent! To start the dishwasher using your voice or home automation, one must press power, and then press smart control, and then you can issue a command to start using your voice or home automation. Bixby can't find the dishwasher if you haven't turned it on. Bixby can't control it if you haven't pressed the smart control button (every time) and don't wait to long before telling Bixby to start, otherwise it will turn itself off and you will have to press the buttons again. And don't open the door to put in a last minute item, or you will have to press the smart control button again. No, Bixby can't even delay the start either... How smart is that?!

Our first choice for a new dishwasher was the incredibly quiet and efficient new linear washer in black stainless steel. It looks awesome, it cleans even better than our last one and the only way you can tell if it is operating is by looking at the lights on the door.

I have been more than impressed with the quality and features of this dishwasher. It was quite a few different options for washing, based on preference or need. I LOVE how quiet it is. Sitting not that far from it and I hardly know that it's running. Using the dishwasher with the Samsung SmartThings app takes everything to the next level. Can't get any assistance in figuring out why I cannot start my dishwasher remotely. I'm told it should go into standby mode which would allow the wifi to stay connected but whenever the power automatically goes off, I lose connection. Not sure what the point of wifi/smart control is if I have to physically turn the dishwasher on each time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher because the last Samsung that I had the motor finally cut out after I had already replaced at once and this one is by far the quietest dishwasher I have ever owned you never know is running plus the fact that it's a smart dishwasher really helps out with being able to do being able to do self cleaning as well as picking out what's the best wash for the amount of dishes that I have.

Wish I had purchased it sooner. It is super quiet and you can hardly tell it is even running. Plus I like how the door pops open before the cycle ends to let out the remaining heat. If you have been on the fence about buying this dishwasher, Do yourself a big favor and just BUY it now!

Dishwasher has been leaking from right side of door since February after service for a leak error code. The seal has been replaced 3 times. The door has also been replaced. Dishwasher still leaks from the right side of the door but has not given an leak error since February.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dishwasher is good. I have a few dislikes about it, but for the most parts it's great. The biggest part I hate is how hard it is to understand. It also takes a long time to do cycles, so if this is something you need to do fast washes, you would need something else. I have five kids and I am consistently on the go. I would prefer the dishwasher to be faster HOWEVER, the amount of money this has saved on my electric bill is insane!!! My electric bill was cut by HALF just from switching the dishwasher and the fridge to samsung products. That alone is why I gave an extra star. Overall, it's really a three star rating but the energy saver that it applies makes it a four star perspective.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've now had this dishwasher a couple of months and wanted to go over the highlights. There are many wash modes on this machine and I've tried 3-4 of them and they all seem to fit the intended or described purpose. I also really like the top/3rd rack for flat utensils, etc, its a great feature. Also, having the door pop at the end of the cycle is very helpful in not having to worry about hand drying dishes where water has pooled when emptying it in the morning. The only down side to this unit is configuring the bottom tray when trying to clean unusually sized pots or pans. Still figuring that one out. All in all a great Dishwasher!
