After using it regularly for a few weeks now, I can truly admit that all of our needs and expectations were met and we are fully satisfied with the Samsung product. It has different setting that are easy to use and navigate, sleek and modern look with touch sensors that will go well with different interior designs. However, what we like most about this particular dishwasher is the fact that our dishes are sparkly clean after we use it. The advanced cleaning power is why we would recommend this dishwasher to anyone! Moreover, there is little to no noise when the dishwasher is on. The dishwasher has different compartments for plates, utensils, glasses and other kitchen tools with a total of 3 levels to use. In my personal option, the best and favorite feature of this product is sanitize setting. In summary, this Samsung dishwasher is a great product that we will highly recommend to anyone looking for a dishwasher that can satisfy different needs and expectations.

Got this along with a fridge and this was the first to not work. After 2 weeks it began leaking and causing damage to the cabinets. Called Samssung because of course their products need extended warranty and they tell me that the dishwasher had abuse! It gets used everyday so it was apparently damaged by us in those 14 days. Listen to the low reviews, typically you dont take into account reviews from people with little ownership since they havent owned the product long enough but coming from it was literally 2 weeks and issues began. Never by samsung. Price looks appealing, but more expensive long run.

We selected Samsung's Linear wash dishwasher because it had a lot going for it between features and positive reviews and now having lived with it for three months and the myriad conditions that quarantine-life with two small kids could throw at it, this dishwasher has stood tall and delivered! No spots on anything from any cycle, a 1 hour speed cycle that actually accomplishes the task when more than half-full, cleaned items are pretty well dry at the end of each cycle AND it can provide alerts through the Samsung Smart Things app- we're getting our money's worth!

This dishwasher does not clean well. I have one dirty cup/plate/bowl from every 2 washes. Then it stopped working after 4 months of moderate use. Repair is going to take 19 days, which means 10 hours of hand washing and extra money to eat at restaurants to avoid using too many dishes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When properly installed, this dishwasher is essentially silent. We only know it is running with the digital display of time remaining. I love that it automatically vents the moist air by opening a few inches ten minutes before drying is complete. It also serves as a signal to my kids that the dishwasher is clean. Many other great features including adjustable racks, excellent cleaning power. My only complaint is the lack of a pre-wash soap tray, so we sprinkle a bit on the door per instructions, but that took some getting used to. Integrates well with SmartThings for checking status and reminders, but not great for remote control in most cases since you have to touch the dishwasher to use it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine repaired twice for contol panel no working. After the 2nd repair the installer would not reattach to cabinet. He stated that he would not be responsible for reattaching because Samsung would not be liable for install only repair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The highlight of this dishwasher is how quietly it runs. Dishes are always clean. The only drawback was that as soon as the warranty expired, it gave me an error and would not work. Samsung sent a technician who was able to run some tests but no errors were found and now runs again but worried it might once again fail. Hopefully it was just a glitch.

this dishwasher was amazing for 6 weeks. then the bottom stopped washing. i mean, the dishes on the bottom rack were not even wet after a full heavy duty cycle. i scheduled service… and the earliest service appointment was 5 weeks out. so basically, this dishwasher has not worked for as long as it did work. does not give me any confidence in its future which sucks because it was pretty expensive.

after finishing normal wash cycle with cascade platinum dishwasher pods, seeing lot of soap on dishes. to prove, i did rinse only cycle after compete normal cycle, saw lot of soap in the water during rinse cycle. basic feature like extra rinse or rinse and stop feature are missing. buttons are horrible. app almost never works. auto dry-release door never worked for me till the date. i wouldn't recommend this dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleased with this purchase. The dishwasher is very quiet and does an excellent job getting the dishes clean. It is roomy and easy to load. I love the additional top rack for measuring cups and spatulas.
