Our pergola is not only loved by us but by everyone! It really has made our backyard the sanctuary we wanted it to be! The price was absolutely unbelievable!!! We had an electrician rewire our panel and do some under ground electric and it is seamless! The quality is absolutely amazing and we are telling everyone the have to purchase this one! It’s one of those deals that seems too good to be true but it’s totally not! Perfect for pool parties and lounging and has been the best backyard addition for our family!

We had our Pergola installed in August, so we have not had a full season to enjoy it. But, the pergola has enhanced our patio presence that we have had people all over the country who want to join us. So, we're looking forward to the season and getting the most out of outdoor living in Wisconsin.

From ordering to receiving it everything went perfectly. It took my husband and son 5 1/2 hours to assemble and put it up. It looks beautiful. I bought the Pergola about eight months ago after purchasing my new Hot Tub. The size is perfect because it gives some feeling of privacy and also I can still see the stars at night unlike a gazebo I had on my last tub. I have received a lot of complements from family and friends. Love it!

It has a electrical outlet so I can plug in lights ,margarita machine... I had the company assemble it and was done within 2 hours. They were wonderful. Every day after work I spend about 3 hours there enjoying it! My only regret is not getting it SOONER! If u like it on website, you will love it in your yard. YOU WONT REGRET IT! We love our pergola and it is very sturdy and functions really well in our backyard. The power outlets are a huge plus! Great quality and my husband assembled it completely alone (I wouldn’t recommend that but he’s stubborn and wanted to prove a point). 2-3 people is probably ideal to complete it efficiently. It also holds a 50 ft rope of string lights nicely.

I purchased this Pergola to give my backyard a specified space for my patio gathering area. The pergola took my nephew about 4 hours to assemble. There were a couple of boards that were scratched from delivery. I called customer service and they immediately offered me a touch up stain. Two of the boards had a split and they sent out replacements ASAP! Not only is the product prefect for my space but the customer service was the BEST I have encountered.

I ordered the Somerville 14 x 10 Pergola from Sams Club in January for a steal of a deal at $799. The only catch was I had to pick it up from the store. It was a bit of a bear to get it in the back of my truck, but I got it home safely. My FIL and I put it together a couple of weekends ago and so far I am extremely pleased with my purchase. I would have paid more and been happy, but with the price I paid the value cannot be beat. A couple of pieces of wood did get damaged during installation, but Backyard Discovery is replacing them for free along with providing some additional stain. I cannot say enough great things about their customer service. I called them on Monday and the replacement pieces are scheduled to arrive on Thursday. Holly and Chelsea were great! This company stands behind their products, so I would not hesitate recommending them to friends and family.
