Great product and value. I often feel you get what you pay for and it holds true here. Smooth, flavourful, and a great addition to anyone's whiskey or scotch collection. I would argue it looks more sophisticated than some other brands. We will be buying again and have recommended to friends.

This is yet another light drinking scotch from Glenlivet. Smooth, easy drinking, prune/raisin/cocoa flavor, but in a light way, that then runs into a mix of charred oak and raw oak tannins at about the same time. It’s not as complex as that sounds, but it’s fun to drink.

I found this scotch to be very smooth and flavorful. Typically Scotch can get a little perfumey if you are not conscience of the type you buy. I found this to be an excellent scotch that I enjoyed Neat. The Glenlivet Single Malt Scotch Whisky 12 Year Old

A friend of mine turned me on to this about 40 years ago, and it has been my drink of choice ever since, with 'upgrades' to 15, 18, 25, and 40 year old now in my home bar. One of my grandfathers used to drink Canadian Club exclusively, since he was Canadian. One holiday season, I brought over a bottle of 12 YO as a gift. He was reluctant to try it, and we cajoled him to make the stretch. He took a sip, then another one. He looked at me, and with a wave of his hand said, "Smooth!". It became his drink of choice from that point.

The Glenlivet Single Malt Whisky Scotland 12 Yo 750Ml Bottle; I just love a double shot of this single malt whiskey. Nothing compares in this category. I like to this with a cigar on my birthday and New Year’s Day. Very Smooth and velvety, most whiskey drinkers prefer this type over anything blended. I would recommend it!

From the year 2000 forward, my preference for single malt scotch has always been 12 year old Glenlivet. I enjoy it neat, I never mix it with ice or water. I find it to be smooth with excellent flavor. Yesterday, January 21, 2021, I tried the 14 year old and I now have a new favorite. That does not mean I will no longer enjoy the 12, because after all I have loved it for 20 plus years (so far!).

I have been a Glenlivet 12 consumer for 30 plus years. Not sure but tome it seems that with the change in packaging I believe there is a change in taste. Maybe it is a mind set thing, but when I saw the new bottle I thought it was a new line and went out any bought any "old bottle " I could get my hands on. To me there is a change. Not sure about it either, but since I still have some of the old I am happy. Not sure what I'll do when I run out. Maybe Glenfiddich or Balvenie???

Nose: Surprisingly floral and smooth. Nice notes of summer fragrances. Sweet fruit and creamy vanilla meet hints of oak and toffee. Taste: Tropical fruits combine with vanilla to form a lingering nutty oak blanket on the pallet. Finish: Not as smooth as taste, kicks the back of your throat with warm oak and fruit.

This was by far some of the most beautifully rich and elegant whisky I have had in a long time. It was a bit strong but it went well with a little ice. It was so good that my husband that doesn’t even drink had a glass with me. Would definitely recommend. Price paid was well worth what we received.

After a trying day at work, fighting traffic and making the mistake of reading the paper, I come home, take my shoes off and turn to my calming effects. 12 year old Glenlivet: two fingers in a crystal glass and two ice cubes. Sit down and sip it, slowly. Feeling the warmth as it trickles down my throat. The world calms down and my insides enjoy and relax. It's Job Well Done.
