Braised a 4 lb roast in this piece the day I received it. Nice even cooking. Cleaned up easy enough. By far the prettiest piece in my kitchen.

I ordered when it was on sale. I am disappointed that I did not order more for my sisters. I love my Dutch oven

We used it a few times and it is very good. it replaced an older one. This one is made by the same company yet the side walls are thinner.

Very nice dish, should last along time, very heavy though, you have to have muscles to put in oven and remove, washes up very easy.
