[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We enjoyed this bottle or Robert Mondavi buttery Chardonnay but I'm having trouble finding the words to explain the flavor. It's not buttery per day. But it did have a smooth finish and was easy to drink and enjoy while we sat by the water. We paired it with local fish and it went beautifully along. I'm just not a wine person myself but I did thoroughly enjoy it.

All I seem to do these days, as a working wife and mother, is run around town doing errands for my job, my family, my church, & my friends and THAT is why I value my "down time" so much!! I love to grab a cold glass of wine & take a hot bubble bath as I listen to smooth jazz & read a spine tingling MYSTERY. For nights when my books are filled with high speed chases, treachery and death, I prefer a cold glass of Robert Mondavi's Buttery Chardonnay because its smooth, creamy taste and fantastic, buttery flavor makes me feel as if I'm treating myself to an expensive, decadent dessert, in the form of a wine. I wasn't sure what to expect with the 'Buttery' description and was pleasantly surprised to find how much I liked it. It's not Buttery in flavor but definitely smooth. I enjoyed the sweet notes, not overly sweet but subtle and delicious. Will be buying again!

This Robert Mondavi private select buttery chard taste great. Has a medium yellow body with a light spicy taste and smooth buttery blend with hints of vanilla, has buttery finish definitely enjoyed and definitely recommend.

It has more of a fruit tone to the body of the wine and you could taste the higher acidity level, which I enjoy as I like more tart wine. This would pair great with heavier meals to cut the creaminess, but is also great to sip on a hot summer day in Florida! The price was nice and its great that the wine is available I so many local stores. I would recommend this wine to friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm getting into wine, since my wife is a big enthusiast and I know that for a chardonnay or any type of wine to get a buttery feel they're aged in oak barrels. Well this Robert Mondavi private selection was just that! I felt like I was alongside the alcohol microbes eating butter inside the oak barrel. Delightful!

It had a much smoother flavor that I expected but it was almost a little heavy. It had a really good aroma and I would use it as an option at a party in the future for sure
