[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the finish quality is not what we expected. We have been had S&F mattresses for many, many years; this one is our third. While the comfort is as expected, numerous clearly visible threads were left hanging during the manufacturing process. While this does not affect comfort, it does make us question whether there was less attention to detail for those parts of the mattress not visible. It also affects our image of S&F and gives the impression this mattress is not worthy of the phrase "Lux Estate." My advice to S&F would be, details matter.

Aside from experiences with Mason and Glenda, who were very helpful, the Customer service team was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. It's not worth the headache buying from, and dealing with Stearns & Foster.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a very comfortable mattress. It remains stable while my wife is tossing and turning on her side of the bed. No bounce. It is very well made. The only downside is because of the materials and construction of the mattress, it is heavy. This is a minimal tradeoff for the quality of the mattress.

Looking to rotate the mattress and shifting sleep positions for further determination. Just not what I was expecting. Waiting another 30 days.

We purchased the King size Lux Estate Hybrid Medium and could not be happier! The quality of this mattress is top tier! I definitely feel like we made the right investment with this mattress and I have already recommended it to many others! I can finally get a full nights sleep without tossing, turning, or my arm falling asleep.

We are extremely impressed with the quality of this mattress! From the very first night, we could tell how well made and comfortable it is. It provides the perfect balance of support and softness, and we've both been sleeping so much better since getting it. You can really feel the quality in the materials and craftsmanship. We honestly look forward to going to bed every night now. Highly recommend this mattress to anyone looking for comfort and a better night's sleep!

We had a S & F years ago.. Bought another brand about 10yrs ago and I have been waiting on it to wear out so I could go back to a S & F So far ( 1 month in) it is super comfy.. I have had some issues with pain across my shoulders since we have been sleeping on it.. I am hoping its just my body getting use to it. It is super comfy and soft. We opted for the medium and Maybe should have gotten the firm.. We shall see

The first night we slept on the new Stearns and Foster mattress I slept all night long for the first time in a long time! My husband loves a firm mattress and I like a softer feel.
