I don't know if it helps for blue light yet but I love that Sam's carries it because it's affordable with a large quantity. I take it to help with heavy computer use and high myopia.

I am a Plus member. Ordered this online. Found the bottle, unpackaged on my front porch in the blazing Florida sun. There were stickers all over the bottle. When i tried to remove the stickers, all of the product labeling was torn off as well. Worst Sams experience I ever had!
