My eye doctor recommended taking Lutein and Zeaxanthin for my eye health. So I have been taking it for years. I have checked on other brands and strengths/combinations over the years, and always feel that the Member's Mark Eye Health Softgels is superior and always at a more affordable price.

Ever since I began to wear eye-glasses, I've taken this product [over 30 years and more] and I do believe it helped my eyesight not degenerate as it could have and also believe it's been supportive of eye health since diagnosing with diabetes years ago.

I take this as my mother (and some of her siblings) had macular degeneration. The reason I rated it at 3 stars is because it is one of those supplements you can’t really know if it is helping. Because it is a pricier supplement, I only take it 4 days a week.

Good but lesser value or more ills would be gteat
