I had my fingers crossed and it did not disappoint. Love the modern lines. Super high-end look. Better than sets I've shopped locally at twice the price. The wicker looks real not like the PE stuff you see most places. Although the frame is aluminum, it is very heavy and sturdy. The shipping was first rate too. There's a steel frame inside the box. Minimal assembly. I would recommend this set without hesitation. I don't understand the complaints.

We were at a friends housewarming gathering and she had just purchased this set and I swore it was from a much "higher end" store, I was astonished when she told me it was from Sams - the next day I purchased it. I couldn't be happier. The delivery was prompt and professional, the packaging was intense - so the items were in perfect condition when we unpacked them. The assembly instructions were clear and easy - It is perfect. I wish they made more items in the "Colton" Style (end table - dining?) - it's really perfect for our outdoor space. The covers are bonus! This is a definite Sam's Club Win!

The set looks so elegant and attractive. We purchased a few weeks ago and we love the way is looks on the patio. But the Sunbrella cushions are NOT WATERPROOF !!!! Never would I have believed that "outdoor" furniture would NOT be WATERPROOF. The individual cushions are Sunbrella and do not have zippers and, therefore, we assumed that the cushions would be waterproof. We had a really shocking surprise when we had some friends visit. I had rained two days prior. We sat down to enjoy the evening and I was like sitting on a wet sponges. Our clothing was totally soaked. I tilted one cushion on an angle and over a gallon of water ran put of the corner. All of the cushions were totally water logged. It took several 90 degree days in direct sunlight, with the cushions standing on edge, to get then reasonable dry. The set does come with separate covers which are water repellent. But, the look of set is not the same with the chairs and sofa covered in big ugly cloth sacks. We are buying some water repellent spray and will try that. Really quite disappointing. Gorgeous but wet. Would recommend with conditions....

I really like this set. We wanted something a tad bit more luxurious than your typical outdoor wicker couch set. We use our screened in porch several times a week year round since we live in Georgia ( other than dead of winter and pollen season). This set is really pretty. The coffee table is unbelievably heavy and sturdy. It's really nice because when you kick your feet up on it, it doesn't start sliding away. The cushions are really thick too and appear to be of good quality. We've only had it a few weeks and it's been during pollen season so we kept them covered, and speaking of the covers the are really nice and a great bonus feature of the set. They alone are worth a couple hundred bucks probably. I added a few extra throw pillow from At Home and a throw blanket. The rug and side tables came from Sam's too (in the photo). I think for the money this set is fantastic! Cushions are usually the problem for most sets over time and so time will tell with this one but they are really thick and I can't imagine they will become too uncomfortable even with compression. The actual wicker bases of these items are very high quality! We absolutely love this set and it really feels like an extension of our living space now and not just a cheap afterthought.

In my opinion this is one of the best patio sets for the money. Restoration Hardware has a line that looks very similar to this set-up and it would cost you thousands more. Only negative I can think of is the sofa cushion tends to slide forward when laying back. Other than that, I highly recommend this set!

I bought this to go with my restoration hardware dining table and chairs. It definitely blends well with their furniture, but is not of the same quality. The seat cushion is firm, but the back cushions are very flimsy. After 2 weeks, they are still dented from packaging. The 'wicker' is a flexible almost rubber type material. It moves and bends when pushed. Restoration hardware's wicker is thicker and stiff. There is no movements side to side because it is tighter and closer on the frame. It is definitely an affordable option, I just hope it lasts.

Ok. So, here is the real scoop. We bought this set for our new lake house. We needed a comfortable set for our Covered back porch as we knew we would spend the Majority part of our time out there drinking coffee and enjoying the lake view. Three years later, It is still the most comfortable place we have and It is still in great shape. I have recommended this set to anyone that asks about it. However, here are some issues that other people may have with it. This set has very deep seating and the cushions are very soft, so for people that prefer a firmer cushion that is easier to get out of, this may not be for you. We love the soft, “sink down in a comfy cushion” kind of cushion that is deep enough to pull your legs up underneath you. Another issue that I wish was different is that although the cushions themselves are Removable, the cushion covers are NOT removable… no zippers at all. So, to clean them, you have to clean the whole cushion, and afterwards, they take quite a while to completely dry (even in direct hot sunlight). So, I would not recommend this set for an area that is not covered as I feel that it would take at least two sunny days for them to Completely dry after a rain. However, I would buy this set over and over again for any covered outdoor space. The coffee table is a very heavy substantial solid slab table. Overall, we LOVE LOVE LOVE this set!

This is such a beautiful patio set. Very well made. Very comfortable. The set came mostly put together and very well packaged. The delivery was quick for this size package and the delivery guys were accurate and courteous. I did however have extra help unloading and easy access to an area to unbox. I was informed 30 min before arrival. Great experience.

Top notch product - looks fantastic. The table is HEAVY, and the packaging in which this whole thing arrives is crazy difficult to undo (definitely takes two, some scissors, and probably a hammer to release the metal "jaws" surrounding it all. That said, everything arrived in great shape - so worth the effort!

2021 Multiple delays. When they delieverd it, a big box truck came with only one guy who pushed off the truck to the ground. I was worried it was damaged as there were areas on box that was dented but it was well packed. Now, I bought this in Summer 2021 and the wicker like furniture has been very durable. I have a enclosed patio cover with remote shades. So no exposure from the elements. However, the sofa and chair pillow foam insert is somewhat flimsy and the fabric is the low grade of sunbrella. I have gone online and my local fabric store and seen the same sunbrella fabric and it is the cheaper quality. Also, the pillows don't unzip and after a year it looked dirty although we didn't use daily and outdoor exposure. So, I decided to clean. Hand cleaning, what a chore. It took a long time to dry. Even though clean, the low grade sunbrella looks like it is older than what it is after the first clean. The other issue I had was it was a low profile. I didn't think that it would be as low as it is. Seems like people have difficult time getting up out of the seats because it is lower than expected for regular height people. I am 5'6". Short people have no problem. I had my carpenter add wooden block feet and then put the metal feet that came with it under the wooden feet seem to help with giving more height to it and has somewhat helped but not totally. It's now 2024 and the wicker is strong as an ox and holding up well but the pillows just didn't hold up. The shape is loosing it's shape on the back and seat pillows. I plan to have new pillows made for it that have higher quality foam and higher quality Sunbrella. Hope this helps KIT from Texas
