Quality set for a great price. Only warning is to be aware that this seating is low profile. Back does not come up very high, which works for my family, but could be a problem for taller people. Seat height and back height are provided in the dimensions, just a heads up to double check if it works for you! I focused heavily on the footprint of the set (width and depth) to make sure it would fit our space, but didn't pay as much attention to the height, so I was surprised once we unboxed it.

We have had this set a little over a week and are happy with the overall construction. As with all cushions, time will tell how the foam will hold-up. As others have written the unpacking could have used some instructions, but with a mallet the battle was won. There is a metal frame providing support for shipping that does a good job and that is what needed to be muscled apart. The only other concern is the two larger couch cushions where each crushed by the metal brace and I am waiting to see if they recover their shape. Currently after nine days they are about 50% back to normal. Otherwise, I'll have to get them replaced. We like the seating profile of the furniture. It does include covers for the couch and chairs.

This set is really comfy and nice! It came with all the parts and was relatively easy to put together. The table shelf alignment was a little difficult and required some extra oomph from my husband and I to get it right. The table top has a hairline fracture along one end but it is difficult to see and does not go all the way through so I am not planning on returning it. It is very sturdy and the cushions are easily cleaned with a damp microfiber cloth.

Sofa arrived damaged. Appears as if it was crunched by a fork lift. The box was intact which indicates it was packaged and shipped after the damage was already done. We're very disappointed. It will likely take weeks to get a replacement, hours on the phone with customer service and coordinating the pick-up/drop off. Our outdoor season in San Diego may be over by the time it comes. However, the coffee table is sturdy and beautiful. The chairs are also wide and deep, but low profile. The cushion color is beautiful grey. The furniture covers are wonderful and have an elastic hem that grips the bottom well.

Beautiful set! I am very happy with my purchase. It’s gorgeous comfortable and generously sized. 4 adults can comfortably sit on the sofa. Delivery was fantastic and everything came in one piece and well packaged. Set up was a breeze but you absolutely need help moving the set.

Nice set but the couch is 8ft! Way to large for my patio so it went back . The color is also gray not brown and tan like It looks in the photos

The set is beautiful. High end quality for a great price. The cushions are firm and thick. The furniture looks solid and lovely. The set was shipped in boxes that had metal braces in all of the corners. This way there was no damage during shipment. We really appreciated their attention to detail with the packaging. If you like Pottery Barn etc. outdoor furniture, you will love this set. One thing to note is that the set is low profile so if you want to be able to rest your head back and have it supported; this set is not for you.

Great set for the money. My wife and I love the modern look and sturdiness, very comfy! Upon delivery we had a problem with the concrete table top and James, a representative from the manufacturing company, got right on it and had a replacement shipped right out! Great set! Great customer service!!

Absolutely perfect, the set came assembled with exceptional of the table. This set is beautiful, reminds me of restoration hardware furniture. It is sturdy, and cushions are so thick and soft. Looks great! Covers fit perfect and will protect it for years to come. Very happy with this purchase.
