I contemplated buying this set last summer but the high shipping costs prevented me from doing so. Thank you Sams for lowering shipping costs to $99. This set arrived in a timely manner and all cushions were well wrapped. Assembly was quite easy, my daughter and I did it. Set looks great on my deck; I will put 2 coats of teak sealer on it. In my opinion, sealer works better than oil. I have used both and over time the oiled furniture has developed dirt and mildew. Since everything teak is so expensive, I would say this is outstanding value for your money and would highly recommend it to a friend

Very pleased with the teak quality and finish, as well as the construction and ease of assembly. Clear, concise directions and well designed assembly. I was expecting teak of lesser quality/finish, but pleasantly surprised to find it was well-sanded, smooth and solid. I was also relieved to find the cushions were wrapped securely in plastic, then heavy paper to protect them. They were clean and well constructed, notched to fit these specific seating pieces, and very thick and firm. There was sanding dust on the wood pieces, but wiped clean easily with a damp cloth. Every piece arrived well-secured in three shipping boxes and nothing was damaged. The fabric on the cushions is a very light-colored beige poly with a minimum sheen and is quite neutral. I priced similar teak sets extensively and all exceeded $3000.00 in cost. I would have preferred a choice in cushion fabric, but found the value to be too good to pass up.

Love it! Before we put it together we put teak oil on. Took a day to dry. So, within 2 days, we had the set sitting under the patio ready for my husbands birthday party. Very comfortable, and very beautiful! Would like to get a matching dining table soon. Everyone loved the set.

My husband and I bought this set to put in our balcony and it looks beautiful and is super comfortable! I am actually writing this review to see if anyone who has purchased this can recommend a good cover for it. Although the website says that the cushions are weatherproof, I would like to keep them in "as new" condition as possible. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Have had the set about 3 weeks now. Quality is seems good. The teak wood smell still permeates from the set. Took about 2 hours to assemble with 2 people. All holes are pre-drilled, but pay attention to distinguish between the 1" and 1 1/2" wood finishing screws that hold the seat bottoms in place. Seat cushions are 6" thick and extremely comfortable, as shown in the photo. The seat bottoms for the chairs and the couch are notched out so they always end up on the same piece of furniture. Planning on sealing the set with Boiled Linseed Oil now that the pores in the wood have opened up and look forward to many years with this fantastic looking set. You can trust the photo as the set looks EXACTLY as advertised. Highly recommend this stylish set.

We bought this product about 5 years ago. When we had it under a covered patio and it was ok but it was still hard to keep clean. If it is not covered it will grey like teak is known to do. We used the teak oil every year and took very good care of it (time consuming). It is not an easy product to keep looking like new. We ended up painting it this year as Sams wouldn't give us refund. The cushions are white and show every bit of dirt. I even washed them and they still attract dirt. I'm would like to get something different.

I just bought my first home in January and it's a very special one filled with antique limestone and bricks! With that being said, the garden is also unbelievable...fish pond/fountain and all. Naturally I wanted a gorgeous outdoor set to match the rest of the quality in and around my home. When this set arrived I coudn't have been more exctied! It's also nice to finally find an outdoor set that doesn't have unattractive print all over the fabric. What stunning teak wood. I did oil it like everyone else recommended and I'm glad I did! The wood right out of the box was so soft and luxuroius. This set is a steal!! Way to go Sam's Club. My only complaint would be the quality of fabric on the cushions. It's not the best. Love the cushion color but I know it will soil pretty quickly so a nice coat of Scotch Gaurd might do wonders. You will NOT regret purchasing this set.

Bought this set for a mountain house. Shipment arrive on a pallet in multiple big boxes. Assembly was ok but determining which bolts went with which piece was a challenge. Took one person 2 hours to assemble. Stuffing the cushions, which we also not labeled well, was a challenge. I find them kind of thin and not as comfortable as our last set from Sam’s.

We're very happy with our patio conversation set! It arrived quickly, had all the parts, and I assembled it by myself, quickly and with minimal tools. It even had some extra hardware, which was good, because I stripped one of the screw heads. It's sturdy, so it won't blow away in a significant wind, and it's stylish and comfortable. I was concerned about the keeping the white cushions clean, but they're reasonably dirt-resistant. Could have used some instructions or a photo to show which pillows go on which piece, but I eventually figured it out.

I agree with most people, this set is GREAT value considering it's quality when compared to many others (and believe me I have). It was pretty easy to assemble and well packed. I agree with other reviewers that the color of the cushions is a concern for the future and would love covers to be made available in a darker/more user friendly shade. Overall I am extremely happy with this purchase.
